停車場很大，房間裏設施看起來不錯，但都是中看不中用，中央空調是自然風，根本不製冷，房間裏還沒有走廊涼快，旅行團的人多，感覺主要是接團。

哈巴河縣就是一個小縣城，住在那裡都差不多，酒店房間整潔，服務員都挺客氣的，酒店衹提供早飯給團隊，散客不供應，這點不太好，希望酒店改進

奇葩的酒店，房間內不提供礦泉水，需要自行到酒店1樓的超市購買。酒店位於哈巴河縣的邊緣，傍邊是荒地，夜晚出行需注意安全。酒店提供的回族早餐，如果不習慣，需要外出覓食。

其它都滿意，但中央空調不好，温度降不下來，想開窗吧，紗簾缺半塊，不敢開，怕招蚊子，到新疆自駕遊已經半個月了，第一次遇到空調不好的問題

酒店免費升級了套房，酒店在當地算是較大的，房間乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，整體還不錯。
衹是現在新疆旅遊人太多，酒店都貴，又難訂房，自由行交通也不方便。

衞生極差：1、鏡子上是凝固的牙膏狀物質，圖一。2、洗臉枱上污漬，很噁心。圖二、三
設備破損嚴重：1、衞生間燈開關面板破損，有安全隱患；圖四；2、電吹風破損嚴重，膠帶纏繞。
當晚入住時已經23點多了，告知次日凌晨一點停水。一進衞生間，洗臉池放出來的全是渾水。由於時間太晚，不便重新找賓館，衹得勉強

不知道是服務人員業務能力問題還是有意為之，我定義為業務水平不夠，我們已經告知服務人員在攜程上訂的價格就是酒店房費，他偏説衹是房間按金，最後讓他向攜程客服核實才作罷。該服務人員的業務水平確實需要提高。酒店其他條件都還好吧。
