房間和床都是原木。熱水效果不錯。晚上屋門口能看到清晰的銀行系。老闆提前加微信告訴了詳細擺渡車路線。大廚不但廚藝好，還借車給我們去中哈邊境大峽谷，退房時還開車送我們到了上車點。前台小熊老師是個特別好的嚮導，還送了早餐。很值得來白哈巴住一晚。

真心被老闆的服務打動了，之前很早就在攜程上預訂了酒店，沒想到過了旅行高峯期，價格降了，本着跟老闆協商的態度，希望老闆同意退房，再重新預訂，沒想到老闆立馬就給我補助了，他説不希望寒了客人的心，其實我衹是試着問問看，沒想到老闆這麼豪爽，還有義工小姐姐的服務態度超級和藹可親，當天入住的非常晚，老闆還出去買了一瓶礦泉水送給孩子，怎麼都沒肯收錢。

老闆是退伍軍人，很熱情，告訴我邊防證怎麼辦以及路線怎麼走。前台小姐姐，也很好講，告訴我們哪景漂亮。當天帶了一包火鍋底料去吃，老闆也很熱情的幫我們弄了。白哈巴里的落日真的很好看，房間外便是美景
