The most charming place to stay in Den Haag. The service is amazing and the room in which I stayed was beyond amazing. Breakfast was great. And I was so impressed with handwritten welcome note and a cute bottle of Prosecco on the table in the room. Also got help with near by restaurant reservations and recommendations. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location in the middle of beautiful The Hague. Parking at Hotel and also in vicinity on streets. We liked the style and atmosphere of the hotel. Quick check-in. Staff was always helpful and available. Room 03 on ground floor was nicely styled and clean. Room was very hot despite heating turned off. No noise from the street but from the corridor (next to laundry room). Several other shortcomings: soap was empty and not refilled, shower head didn't work properly (simple shower, no rain shower), sagging mattress, noisy fridge with only beer (not very stylish). We didn't take breakfast, choice seemed to be limited and bake-off rolls are a pity when there are great bakeries nearby.

I had a pleasant stay. The location was within walk distance from my business event. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good. There isn't enough light in the room, and this can be fixed. I am not used to soft beds but managed to get a decent sleep.

Had a wonderful time here with super friendly staff and cozy charming atmosphere. The rooms show love for the detail. And I liked the selection for breakfast. From Friday night to Sunday, parking in the streets around the hotel is free - that was really positive as well. Recommend.

Excellent staff and very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone. The location is very good too. I could walk to many different restaurants and attractions. Five stars for sure! I will definitely be back!

I am a returning guest to Stadsvilla Mozaic since almost 4 years. This hotel never leave me disappointed. Just the fact that there is a little personal note on the bed for me, together with everything else in this nice hotel, make my life and work in The Hague something I look forward to. The rooms are always very clean, nicely decorated and individual, and the beds are supernice and comfy. The breakfast is perfect - a little of everything to a very high standard. And the staff - Some of them the same as always, and some new, nice faces. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone who want a personal and yet, professional stay in Den Haag.

Lovely hotel, good location between two tram lines to the city or beach. Easily walkable to the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff, recommended restaurants and remembered what we had planned to do the previous day and asked about it. Room large, comfortable king size bed, and clean modern bathroom. Only criticism was were that the room was quite dark with lights on and for a family room would have been better to have had two single pull out beds rather than a double to avoid arguments! Would recommend and go again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in, good size rooms and beds, comfy beds and tastefully furnished. If there is a downside, it is the narrow staircase but there is an elevator if you have luggage. Staff are always kind, welcoming and very helpful.
