The hotel is quite old , but surrounding with nice garden and beautiful scenery. It’s just besides a beautiful lake. The location is very good and hotel does provide shuttle transportation service to the hub of transportation. Anyway, breakfast foods has limited choice , but it’s delicious. Generally, we are very happy to stay at this hotel.

Location is far from city , however is easy to access to others attractive places. Although hotel seems a bit old , but it’s very well maintain with surrounding with beautiful garden and lake. The choice of breakfast is limited , but delicious. Overall, we are happy to stay at this hotel

good environment Suitable for a holiday of slow life

A classic hotel with a taste of history. It seems to have collapsed many times, but the history of this hotel, which has risen from there, has made me want to overcome the difficult times in Corona. The garden is wonderful, the view of Mt. Fuji from the room is of course wonderful, and the air is clear and calm. The azaleas are larger than you can see in the photo, and when I walked around the garden, I was surprised that many of them were taller and that there were stocks of academic value. I made a reservation for this hotel from 3 weeks in advance, looking for a place where I could see Mt. Fuji slowly and quietly, also as a birthday celebration for my husband who loves hot springs. As a result, it was a great answer. Breakfast. It is a plan with dinner, and at the reception you will be informed whether to choose Japanese or Western. I chose Western food for dinner and Japanese food in the morning. I'll wait for a while, but it was very delicious. My husband used the hot springs many times, and there was also a sauna, so I was happy that I was able to get rid of my tiredness and my skin became smooth. As for corona measures, the use of lockers is restricted, and there is a device to prevent the population density in the hot springs from increasing. Also, when passing through the entrance before check-in, there is an automatic body temperature check by infrared sensors for all people, so I was able to send it out with confidence. I also booked and used the beauty treatment salon on the 4th floor after check-in. The treatment was very good and I was able to spend a very luxurious time. At the beauty salon shop, I bought various coasters made by a parquet artist, oils for beauty treatment salons, aromas blended with the image of a mountain hotel, CDs, etc. Enjoy the afterglow of the hotel. Since I came by private car, I was able to visit the Narukawa Art Museum → Onshi Park → Hakone Sekisho the next day, and although I walked a lot, I had a fulfilling time. Next time, I would like to visit even in the beautiful season of azaleas.

The hotel is located on the edge of the beautiful Lake Ashi, standing in the garden overlooking the layers of forest, shimmering, and more admiring the unpredictable Mount Fuji in the distance, sometimes clear and hazy. Opening the curtains early in the morning, there are misty clouds on the lake outside the window, like a veil, like a fairy-tale dream. There is also an observation deck on the fifth floor, and the view angle is better. The hotel service is very good, warm and thoughtful, especially to the hotel shuttle driver uncle to praise, see me carrying a big box alone, help me to the transfer station, tell me how to change cars. Ordered breakfast and dinner, tried both Japanese and French, exquisite and delicious; everything else is good, I won't go into details, in short, next time I come to Hakone.
