That was a nice hotel with awesome onsen outdoors. It’s located in guesthouse village 30 minutes to all main sightseeings

Everything was perfect. The staff is super nice, considerate and helpful.
The cabins are super comfortable and the onsen opened until 2am was awesome!

K's House provides fantastic Japanese style room and the reception can speak very good English. Although the room does not have bathroom by itself, it is still very convenient to use the common one. All the common facilities including the bathrooms, washrooms, kitchen, common room are maintained in very good condition and clean. Location is also very convenient. It is just a few bus stop from Hakone station.

In addition to the location, I recommend taking the bus for luggage. It is really tiring to push luggage all the way up the mountain!
Everything else is good, including room layout, public functional facilities, almost perfect.

Anyway, I was able to stay in Hakone at a good cost performance. The staff was kind, and although it was a little small, the open-air bath was nice.
