Great property and nicely renovated century house. Cozy and has everything you need. Parking is a challenge since there are only 8 spots and one is for handicaps.
Definitely recommend.

The hotel is charming with modest accommodations. The double bed in our small room was rather old and uncomfortable

Would never stay here again. Main issues were cleanliness. Don’t use the coffee pot - so gross. Also, I would be concerned about safety - unlike every other hotel there are no dead bolts or even abilities to lock the door so that staff or someone else can’t get into the room which is a real safety concern if you’re travelling alone.

Once inside, it’s very comfortable. I liked the spacious room, the bed and shower. The location was just a little over a mile from the bus needed to get to the airport. It’s an easy hike.

It had character. There was a delicious french restaurant on the next block. The young lady working the desk was very helpful and patient. You needed to pay for the parking but you could park in the street for free which was very convenient and we did.
It was a 20 min. walk to the boardwalk and very close to the gardens and citadel.

The building was amazing and nicely decorated. Very glad the air conditioner was an effective unit, was very hot while we stayed there. (Heat warnings!)
