Location is very convenient.

Excellent location for a visit in Hamburg, right next to the Othmarschen S-Bahn station. Several old villas converted into a hotel with rooms of different sizes and styles.

the location is great but the owner is just nasty. my husband was at work and i told the reception that he would arrive late at night. I dropped of the keys and they said they will leave it in the safety deposit box, however they didn't send the code to him. i called the number to ask for the code but she just hung up on me. i admit it was 1am so very late but once she picked up the phone she could have given me the code or talk to me but i tried all night to call her again but nobody picked up. i sent several message but no reply. so my husband had to sleep in the hallway on the floor. it was cold and he didn't have a sweater. it's a hotel and they said we can call the number once the reception is closed! This morning he called her and when she realized it was him, she just hung up on him, never again! it could have been an emergency! the rooms were also not so nice and didn't look clean.

Mycket dålig luft,mycket damm i fönster,eleimeten,på mattan och fruktansvärd dåligt luft i rummet. Kunde öpna ett fönster för att få syre. Detta rumm hade nummer 60 och var i källare. Vi har varit stamkunder i detta hotel och faktiskt alltid tyckt luftet varit dåligt. Men detta rum i källaren var det värsta som vi har varit med om. Detta var utan tvekan vårt sista besök på detta hotell. Det känns som miljö och hälsa inta har varit på kontroll besök i många år.

Ein Hotel in guter Lage und schnell von der Autobahn zu erreichen. Auch die Anbindung an die S Bahn ist klasse. Vor dem Hotel ist Jim Block und ein Blockhaus schnell zu erreichen. Zudem stehen ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das war das Positive zum Hotel. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad war nicht gut. Viele Spinnweben und etwas abgenutzt. Das Frühstück war OK aber mehr auch nicht. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung. Länger möchte ich dort nicht verbringen. Es ist aber auf jeden Fall noch einiges an Potential vorhanden.

Kleine Hotelanlage mit mehreren Gebäuden. Nettes Personal. Frühstück ok. Bischen Obst wäre nett gewesen. Trotzdem beim nächsten Konzertbesuch in Hamburg, gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt lieblos. Wenn man Pech hat und ein Zimmer zur Bahnlinie bekommt, wird es ziemlich laut in der Nacht. Das Zimmer hatte den Charme der späten 80er mit Plastikfurnier-Möbeln, an denen sich das Furnier stellenweise bereits löste. Die Fenster sind alt und zugig. Der Weg vom Nebenhaus zum Haupthaus ist ein Trampelpfad über eine Grasfläche - nicht unbedingt eines Hotels würdig, seine Gäste zum Frühstück zu führen. Das Frühstück ist für die Preisklasse des Hotels mehr als enttäuschend: billigster Käse und Wurst, Marmeladen und Honig in Portionspackungen aus Plastik, bescheidene Auswahl an Müsli und Kaffe, den man besser nicht trinkt. Zwei Punkte gibt es für 1. die erstaunlich guten Matratzen und 2. die Lage zur S-Bahn Alles in allem: kein Platz zum Wohlfühlen und ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Personal ist sehr nett.
Das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht gemacht und sah auch sonst etwas heruntergekommen aus. Das Ersatzzimmer sah weitaus besser aus. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, bräuchte das ganze Haus eine Generalüberholung. Das Auf- und Abschliessen der Zimmertüren war sehr schwierig. Das Buffet war ganz in Ordnung.
