The Warehouse Hotel at Champion Mill

Nice and new with a friendly staff, but walls are very thin - we were woken up in the middle of the night by our neighbors who were talking very loudly and playing music until about 3am. No room phone to call the front desk... Beds are comfortable and the rooms have nice high ceilings, but we didn't get much rest.

Overall I liked the hotel. The one thing that needs improvement is the sound barriers. It is loud and you can clearly hear the rooms next to you and what is happening in the hallway.

great stay for the price! clean, had a few drinks at the restaurant, everyone was super friendly.

I enjoyed this unique hotel experience but there were a few things I did not like. I wasn’t a fan of the view I had from the first floor King Suite in room 124 looking inside an unfinished corridor with no natural light so the room was kind of dim. The hotel is still under construction so I suggest maybe adding some greenery or something more pleasant because it’s a big eyesore. There was no vending on ice machines on the first floor and traveling down the long hall way to get upstairs was an inconvenience. No housekeeping unless you were staying 4 or more days at that price is another thumbs down. The hotel could also invest in a commercial coffee maker because they have 2 home counter top Kuerig coffe makers and I think that’s kinda tacky. This hotel is pretty pricey and a proper breakfast bar would be nice. I did enjoy the Hydraulic bar, we ate lunch there twice. The food and drinks were very good, and the staff was very friendly throughout the entire hotel.The beds were comfortable, the room was very spacious and clean. Parking was not too bad we were there for a volleyball tournament so the location was perfect, everything was on sight and within walking distance. I would stay at the Warehouse hotel again. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant. The hotel is still under construction and I look forward to seeing what else they add on the next visit to Hamilton.

Poor parking, poor service. Great if you’re traveling with a team, rooms are more like a dorm. Wouldn’t recommend for business travel or personal business.

It's a super cool hotel, clean, reasonably priced, but noisy. There was constant noise from the heating system, plumbing, or traffic.

Nice clean hotel, incredibly convenient for anyone attending an event at Spooky Nook. Will stay here again for future events.

We were there for a volleyball tournament at Spooky Nook. Location was perfect, right across the street. We were able to park and spend the weekend without leaving the area. You can tell it is still very new, and they still have some things to work out, but overall it was a good experience. We are in a pop up restaurant in the hotel, food was excellent, service was a little slow. Breakfast options were limited, there is a place in Spooky Nook for smoothies and coffee, but would be nice to have something in the hotel.

Beds are a little firm, but will help out your back. The atmosphere is really nice as there are shops and a great local brewery in the hotel. The only drawback of the trip was getting woken up at 7am by heavy machinery outside my window, as the hotel is still under construction to finish their restaurant and bar. I got upgraded to a river view room, but being on the first floor put the project outside my room lol
