It was a good trip ppl were nice don’t know much about the food bc we ate out

The hotel service is very good, but the front desk is a little confused, insisting that we don't have breakfast. You have to figure it out when you check in, otherwise you will be charged more.

The hotel is getting older--some of the wall paper is peeling, the sliding door leaked in heavy rains leaving wet carpet, the beds are uncomfortable, but overall it was clean; the bistro is a pluas, as well as the location. I'd stay there again for business, but it isn't a "go-to" spot.

I've used this place in the past, and each time has been great. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and quiet. For what I've needed them for, they've been perfect.

Front desk staff was not very friendly, felt like they were bothered by having to answer questions.

We have stayed at this hotel many times…but not recently. I noticed this time the linens are very dated. The bed sheets were “old” looking. Yellowed. Towels were great. Bathrobes old…dated. I could not find an extra blanket in our room. That would have been a convenience. I would have called down to front desk but it was 2:30 am and I believe the fella was working alone…Pillows were comfy…but again old. We would stay there again. Side note…. I was charge their regular price of $3 for a tea….I requested only hot water. They did not have a tea brand I could drink (allergies)…I travel with my own tea bags and don’t mind paying for water…but $3 was extravagant. Especially at a counter….(not being served at a table…and in a paper cup. I would suggest…put an extra blanket in the room..and maybe update the linens.

Excellent customer service. Bathroom tiles need a good bleach scrub but room was tidy and neat . Neighbors were noisy but front desk fixed that as soon as we mentioned it.

A good property and value for the money. Purchasing the Breakfast for what you get seems a little expensive, and not too much choice. Be careful if you go on a weekend when the boys hockey teams visiting the area are there, it can be a little noisy with kids playing in the hall until they go to bed.

Beautiful and spacious room in the King Suite. Comfortable bedding and furniture, great coffee station & counter set up. The only suggestions I have are potentially about the shower head, might be time to replace it and getting coffee cup lids that fit the cups in the room. I would stay here again, staff was great at check in, housekeeping staff were friendly when I saw them. Plenty of parking, pool and gym space looked clean. Lobby is large and inviting. I travel quite a bit-this is one of the best stays & rooms I have had!
