This is a very nice hotel with excellent buffet and entertainment. Asian restaurant is very good. Hotel is extremely clean (cleaned every day thorougly) and personnel are extremely friendly. I would deffinately recommend this hotel and I will come back here when I come to Hammamet again.

Brilliant hotel The Entertainment team produce some wonderful entertainment and have a full day of activities. Large rooms, lovely gardens and two swimming pools one for adults to relax round and another shallower one for families with children

It's a lovely holiday resort, very a tentative and couldn't help you enough. Rooms very clean and even swapped us rooms for a better view free of charge. Great entertainment and lots of activities throughout the day. Drinks and food amazing, lots of choices and always fresh. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was amazing the staff go out of their way and nothing is too much trouble for them, the hotel is spotless and fantastic choice of food. entertainment team are so good and friendly and take time to get to know you but are pushy to do the activities there are lots to do during the day and great entertainment on a night time.

This was an unforgettable experience and I must say a great experience, from the moment we arrived the staff have been great help and the entertainment team are lovely. The location was beautiful with a pool, beach with a lovely view of the mediterranean and a large range of activities catering to both kids and older people. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a fun all-inclusive holiday with kids.

Solo all inclusive break via TUI and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The Phonecia is a main block with a few additional sleeping blocks accessed via open staircases. The biggest problem was during a storm, the hotel struggled to cope. The staircases were soaked and dangerous to traverse. Internet was lost for nearly two days in the outside blocks, but was replaced quickly in the main building. Food was below the average I have come across in similar 4 star hotels in Tunisia, but still acceptable. Staff were helpful, but I did witness a few times them asking clients to fill out TA reviews, you are at liberty to view this as you like. Good swimming pool facilities including a half indoor half outdoor one that was heated The beach was a bit of a mess due to the storm, and the beach facilities for eating were closed out of season.

Just finishing a weeks holiday at the Phenicia Hotel, Hammamet Tunisia, and what a wonderful stay it has been. Nice and quiet off season with the hotel practically all to oneself. All the staff have been very friendly indeed making us feel welcome, from the animation team, spa ladies, bar staff, restaurant staff, management, reception, pool and general workers and everyone else we had contact with. The food buffet was very nice with plenty of choice. I was particularly fond of the chef cooking stations which had some lovely food. The Chinese restaurant was fantastic, the sushi, beef, chicken, soup, all top quality and the service was second to none. The spa and the ladies working there were excellent. I had the Hamam which was about 2 hrs for about £40! I came out feeling like a new man. My only regret was not doing the daily massage package, as the spa was the highlight of my week. Would I come back…. Of course!

Excellent time the entertainment was excellent. Everyone so friendly couldn’t do enough for you. The evening entertainment was excellent. The bar staff was friendly the food was good. The day entertainment was good enjoyed Zumba darts and artery and crazy golf and bowling . The Chinese restaurant was excellent the food was amazing. Had an amazing time would recommend friends and family to come.

Lovely Holidays! I had a wonderful trip to Tunis staying at the Phenicia Hotel in Hammamet. Food is great, ammenities are wonderful and the night shows are a lot of music, dance and tons of fun! The hotel has a very nice wellness center and a warm pool that shouldn't be missed. My husband was particularly fund of the typical coffee with turkish coffee and water pipes. Hotel is very well maintained and everything is very clean. Just by coincidence we both spend our birthdays while on Hammamet. My husband received a delicious cake after dinner, and I got one in my room fridge when I returned from a night outside the hotel. It was a very lovely touch that I wasn't expecting at all. All personnel is very helpful and supportive of all of our needs. While adventuring outside the hotel I always felt safe, taxi drivers and other tourist guides are always helpful. We also went on our own to Tunis and Sousse for one night each (highly recommend) and took a private tour to Karouian, El Jem and Monastir, which I also highly recommend. It was a fantastic holidays... Thank you Phenicia!
