Booked a ten day holiday not knowing what to expect, apart from going during the holy time of Ramadan, which did mean that most restaurants and local shops are shut as it's out of season. However, the weather was lovely in comparison to Britain (shorts and t-shirt), the outdoor swimming pool was a bit too cold but the indoor pools were lovely and warm. The all inclusive food, though limited due to the number of guests, there was still something on offer at all 3 meals to have. Sometimes the food could do with being cooked longer and kept hotter. Though the omelette and pancakes for breakfast which were cooked fresh were lovely. The entertainment team of Salah and Anis were great, easy to talk to and very engaging considering how it wasn't the main season. I can only imagine what they are like when there is lots of people. The reception staff were extremely helpful with booking taxis and any questions.

President is a lovely hotel with good facilities! Haykel and Karlos were the highlight of our stay. Haykel was warm, welcoming and super approachable. From recommending places in the area to making sure we were happy, he was helpful and a pleasure to be around.

Really nice hotel but what made our experience the best was Haykel and Karlos. Haykel was so helpful. He always made sure to recommend us places and call us taxis to make sure we were safe. Both Haykel and Karlos were the highlight of our days!!

We stayed here for our first trip to Tunisia and booked during Ramadan. Obviously a lot was closed due to Ramadan however the staff were amazing at advising us where and when to go for things to do and see. Mongi and anis were amazing, so funny and kept us entertained the whole time. The reception staff, cleaners, chefs and everyone else were also brilliant, they couldn’t be more accommodating and made us feel really welcome. The hotel was spotlessly clean, good food served for breakfast lunch and dinner and the indoor pool was to die for (a bit too cold to swim outside)! Anis and mongi really were the stars of the show though and are an asset to the hotel, our stay would have been quite boring without them both to keep us company and keep energy high.

Obviously, because we visited in October, which is somewhat off-season, the minor detailing was not top-notch. This is fine, as we are not fussy people. It was quite amusing that, as a family of four, we requested a bungalow from the agency (the resort offers bungalows as an option), for which we paid extra. However, upon arrival, we were informed that there was no Wi-Fi, the bungalow area hadn't been renovated in 10 years, and is old-fashioned, and there was a sign at the reception saying the Bungalows are on a 10% off actually but even that was not too bad. Because we have a baby monitor to watch the kids while asleep, we had to ask for a room with Wi-Fi. Despite these issues, we contacted one of the lady managers (a shame I cannot recall her name), and she efficiently resolved the problem in less than 12 hours. A solid 10 out of 10. We were then assigned a spacious room on the first floor, Room 140, with a king-size bed, double sofa bed, huge bathroom, and a large balcony, earning it a 10 out of 10. The reception staff assisted me in surprising my wife for her birthday with flowers, cake, and wine—a perfect 10 out of 10. The staff across various departments—front of house, kitchen, security, bars, and even the inside shop (though a bit pricey)—were all very pleasant. The entertainment crew, especially Anis & Nana, exceeded expectations, and Leo, the top man, along with the food area manager, were also commendable, earning another 10 out of 10. For 2024, we've already booked a 10-night stay at the same hotel in August. P.S.: I'm uncertain if anyone from the hotel will read this review, but this time, we would appreciate having our room on the top floor for a beautiful view of the beach.

5/5 because they kept the kids entertained during our stay even though the weather wasn’t that great. We took advantage of the indoor swimming pool. A big thank you to karlos and Nana for keeping up With the kids energy by arranging board games and mini club activities and finally kids disco.

A beautiful and clean hotel that was a short walk from the sea. A large selection of food which was very good. Very nice hotel staff, smiling and never refused help. The best thing about the whole hotel are the super animators who made great programs during the day and at night and entertained both adults and children. I recommend the hotel, beautiful surroundings and great people.
