Obviously, because we visited in October, which is somewhat off-season, the minor detailing was not top-notch. This is fine, as we are not fussy people. It was quite amusing that, as a family of four, we requested a bungalow from the agency (the resort offers bungalows as an option), for which we paid extra. However, upon arrival, we were informed that there was no Wi-Fi, the bungalow area hadn't been renovated in 10 years, and is old-fashioned, and there was a sign at the reception saying the Bungalows are on a 10% off actually but even that was not too bad. Because we have a baby monitor to watch the kids while asleep, we had to ask for a room with Wi-Fi. Despite these issues, we contacted one of the lady managers (a shame I cannot recall her name), and she efficiently resolved the problem in less than 12 hours. A solid 10 out of 10. We were then assigned a spacious room on the first floor, Room 140, with a king-size bed, double sofa bed, huge bathroom, and a large balcony, earning it a 10 out of 10. The reception staff assisted me in surprising my wife for her birthday with flowers, cake, and wine—a perfect 10 out of 10. The staff across various departments—front of house, kitchen, security, bars, and even the inside shop (though a bit pricey)—were all very pleasant. The entertainment crew, especially Anis & Nana, exceeded expectations, and Leo, the top man, along with the food area manager, were also commendable, earning another 10 out of 10. For 2024, we've already booked a 10-night stay at the same hotel in August. P.S.: I'm uncertain if anyone from the hotel will read this review, but this time, we would appreciate having our room on the top floor for a beautiful view of the beach.
