Hotel is located right opposite the Han Cheng old town. The front desk staffs 小段and 文娟 were friendly and helpful. Hotel serves free sour mee at night if you are a supper person. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to visit the Han Chen old town.

酒店外觀和大堂古香古色的十分典雅，綠地池水相輝成映，環境比較清靜，毗鄰古城，地理位置不錯；服務員的意識比較強和有素質，主動給予我們以幫助。房間設施也顯得比較有格調，光源功能區分細緻，書桌有個枱燈；床頭有電源插座，手機充電應方便；無線網絡信號強，還有時下已不多見的有線網絡插口；枕頭如果能夠再厚實些，那麼感覺會更加愜意；時逢空調黃金週後檢修停運，烈日炎炎的初夏房客的住宿體驗打了折扣，幸虧這裏早晩濕差比較清新，感覺不是那麼悶熱；不過，這種忽略顧客消費體驗合理權益的做法與酒店的服務宗旨相悖。洗手間乾濕分開，有淋浴軟管花灑，出水量大感覺爽；洗臉池斜坡而沒有倒鈎設定容易水漫金山。
餐廳環境看着挺大氣，中西自助早餐品種很多，豐富可口。有比較寬敞的地下停車場，安全便捷，出場前台報房號即可，衹是從停車場需要上好幾個台階才能到電梯間，拖拉行李箱包很不方便。

設施：樓道安全播報器壞了，晚上吵，快一點了又換房，已經退房了，又接到電話説，我們打碎杯子，每年外出頭一次碰到這種事情。

房間乾淨整潔前台服務態度非常好。工作人員都主動問你好非常熱情。吃早餐時我不會弄咖啡機打咖啡，餐廳服務員小孫主動幫我打咖啡並送到我的餐桌上，非常感謝。酒店離古城很近出去玩都很方便。大廳有銀耳粥和各種茶供大家飲用，服務周到。

酒店看着很高大上，自帶花園，應該屬於度假酒店吧。但設備太老舊了，房間裏電話壞的（報修後更換了）；晚上洗澡，發現兩個淋浴頭都不好用，而且水温很難調節到合適的温度；馬桶水箱是壞的，沖完水下水無法關閉。房間裏有蚊子，卻沒有配驅蚊器，一夜沒睡踏實。這麼多問題，房價卻不低。

首先
設施：衞生間整體較小，洗手枱放不下什麼東西。
燈光昏暗的。。。
衞生：地毯很臟。拿來的被子有黃色污漬，還看見了不知名葯物
服務：一來就要求拿兩床被子，催了三次，甚至於還出去了幾個小時。。。
早餐種類很少，水果衹有一種，有的東西下面放盤子就不好接了。服務員好像衹會收拾，衹有客人反應才完善。。。
不懂五星級五星級到哪了。。。沒有想法。
衹能説細節處基本沒有考慮到。

我選擇的是庭景雙床房，前台的小哥哥小姐姐都非常好，房間温馨舒適，乾淨衞生，樓下花園幽靜雅緻，旁邊就是韓城古城，逛街吃飯非常的方便！
