The room facilities are a bit old, but the room is large and fully equipped. The public area facilities are quite gorgeous, with swimming pool accommodation and free swimming, and of course other sports facilities and equipment. The service is good. There are waiters who will guide you when you go to the swimming pool. They are caring and have a five-star style.

酒店位置便利，與邯鄲賓館是在一起的，大院子方便停車，附近有大商場新世紀中心，購物吃飯都方便，對面是邯鄲市美術館。酒店三層樓，樓道和房間都十分寬敞，設施齊全，還有空氣凈化器，每天會送水果，酒店工作人員服務熱情，在這住的很舒適。

酒店位置很好，小環境也不錯，有個小花園。房間設施老舊，但是比較乾淨。前台服務不錯，熱情周到。客房服務一般，沒有當天打掃衞生，出去什麼樣回來還是什麼樣。早餐還可以，家常便飯，能吃飽吧。

從地理位置上説，很不錯，與叢台花園相鄰，對面就是新世紀商場。酒店設施確實陳舊，地毯上污跡也較多，確實需要重新裝修了，但床還是很舒服的，房間也夠大，而且隔音還不錯，基本沒聽到噪音，睡着很舒服。早餐呢，我覺得一般，種類不多，口味上我不喜歡，而且餐廳面積較小。
整體來説，還是很推薦的，因為價格合適，停車方便，酒店安靜。

價格不貴，可以住。酒店要好好維護哈。邯鄲一個三千年不變的古城，需要有好點的酒店哈。酒店樓道有些發黴的味道。房間的紗簾都破了。早餐廳就10張小桌子，早飯時段有些混亂哈。好多客人根本沒地方坐下來吃早飯。這些問題都是通過管理改善的。

趙都大酒店位置好，交通便利，對面就是邯鄲美術館，原來的展覽館&博物館。房間設施和服務很好，但餐廳太差了，飯菜就是家常便飯，服務員的服務態度很差，就是縣城水平，一派官商作風，客人很多，早餐供應不足，但服務員卻無動於衷，慢條斯理，待搭不理的，黑着臉，話很難聽！大過年的餃子都是凍餃子🥟跟前台懸掛的四星酒店不搭，建議領導抓一抓管一管，尤其是在全國各城市都在加強旅遊服務管理的形勢下，前有淄博燒烤，後有哈爾濱，賓館到處掛着宣傳畫和口號：這麼近那麼美，週末到河北。這人都來了服務這麼差，邯鄲文旅局局長該親自來體驗一下，這樣的服務，誰願意來邯鄲，來了一次不會有第二次，！
