It is a brand new hotel with a modern and stylish design which is very impressive, the location is good and requires only 15 mins walk from the train station. However, regarding the facilities and services, I can tell that it is totally not ready. Firstly, the telephone in my room wasn't working from time to time. Then the coffee machine wasn't working we tried for 30 mins, and we asked to change to a workable one but 2 men came to our room and then checked and tested the coffee machine for another 20 mins before bringing the new one to us. The most ridiculous scenario was that the air-con of our room wasn't working and we didn't even get notified or solutions. The room temperature was kept at 25 degrees with no wind for the whole night so I needed to open a window during my sleep. The next morning the room temperature rose to 28 degrees I couldn't stand it and kept sweating after my bath when I was getting ready to check out. A cleaning lady who was cleaning the next room was very nice to offer us an electric fan, which I much appreciated for her kindness. She tried to call a technician to see whether the air-con issue could be solved or not, after 30 mins, one man came up and told me that the air-con was leaking that's why they needed to shut down the air-con for the entire building, he didn't even try to solve the problem and he just left after telling me the truth. Anyway, I left your hotel with a sweaty body.... It is totally out of my expectations of Hilton's group as it is an international brand. Seems like the facilities and staff of the hotel were not ready and it really ruined my impression of Hilton's group.

A nice and new hotel in the business district. 10 min walk to east station, very easy. Clean hotel. Breakfast is also fine. Would stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from Hangzhou East Station. The staff Xiao Geng and Xiao Yu are friendly and enthusiastic. The room is relatively large, clean and hygienic. The breakfast is very rich and delicious!

Advantages: Very satisfactory, very close to Hangzhou East Station, just a ten-minute walk, basically you can look up when you walk out the door, suitable for catching the high-speed rail! Quiet, overall sound insulation is good, except for the loud opening and closing of the door in the next room, there is no other noise. The room is spacious, fully equipped with a microwave and capsule coffee. The MixC is nearby, and there are many choices for eating and drinking. Whether it is a business trip or travel, the cost performance is very high! Disadvantages: The room decoration smells very strong, the air conditioning is average, the shower water pressure is low and the mode adjustment button is broken. The front desk staff Geng Ruiqi, Li Xueqing and Li Yan had a very good service attitude. They arranged a quiet room on a high floor for me. The room I stayed in was bright and comfortable, with complete facilities and equipment. It was a very satisfactory stay.
