Hotel is convenient to take metro about 300 m. Room is not wildly. Three of luggage, not enough walkway. Smell in the toilet are disrupted.

Price is very reasonable for a solo traveller who wants a private space. Room is big and comfortable

It was a trip with my friends to Hangzhou and I booked this hotel for convenience. However, the hotel did not meet our expectations at all as it was said room for 3 when they only provided place for 2. The furniture (including kettle, slippers, shower, WC) was very dirty and the room smell really bad. Also, the workers are not of much help as they didn’t try to help much. One last thing, I didn’t get to stay at the hotel as I couldn’t show my visa because I didn’t have it on picture nor on real life, which is my fault, but they did not help me to fix the matter at all and just kicked me out from the hotel when all my friends got to stay. Eventually I had to stay somewhere else.
