Nice hotel close to banshan mountain. Friendly desk staff who made me feel welcome on arrival. Room was excellent, very comfortable. A large balcony area looking over the hotel garden and mountain which was great for sunbathing and eating outside. Plenty of free films on the TV to watch, bathtub was great, and received a couple of free snacks too. Breakfast was good but had not so much in the way of western food, however it was very healthy. Finally, enjoyed the amazing gym out in the trees. I was the only one in there so it felt very personal, but might get a little crowded with 2-3. Pool outside is not so much for swimming, rather wading for kids. Nice to dip into and cool down after a workout though.

以上均滿分，前台和房務的服務都非常熱情；酒店後面就是半山公園，能一直爬到山頂，還有森林健身房；早餐非常豐盛，物超所值；房間的浴缸超大，泡澡舒服，還有小孩玩的木馬；用的小件都是歐舒丹的，香皂特別好；適合兩大一小家庭親子入住。

帶着長者和小朋友一起住還是家庭房更方便，房間乾淨整潔，還送了歡迎水果。去的路上工作人員Andy也全程跟進行程，詢問的問題也都及時給予迴應。今天下午返程，所以上午就選擇爬了旁邊的半山，空氣清新，人也不多，沒有做攻略直接從酒店二樓上山，一路爬到了觀景台。然後再乘坐觀光車下山。
走的時候小朋友依依不捨的，偷偷拍了張照片，
離開酒店的時候大門口的小哥服務很到位，長者話嘮就喜歡聊天，我們等車的時候他還要陪聊，真真是辛苦，也非常感謝小哥。家人住的很開心，下次來杭州還會繼續選擇雷迪森，但是要避開節假日，景點人實在是太多了

房間很好，環境很好電梯廳直接通向半山國家森林公園，早餐很好 ，服務周到，價格合理，看到帶孩子還升級了家庭套房，贈送了玩具拼板。

訂的家庭房，因為早到了，前一位客人剛退房，房間來不及清潔，大堂經理先給我們辦理了入住手續，並且提出要安排給我們一間房休息，很是周到。我們拒絕了，先在附近到丁橋天街吃了個午飯，逛了會街，回到酒店就入住了。酒店的設施環境不錯。適合親子出遊。

酒店去半山國家森林公園非常便捷，有直接可以入山的通道，大堂有一池錦鯉非常有設計感，入住離店手續非常快速，還免費升級了帶庭院房間，房間外面就是小朋友的戲水池，兒子玩的不肯出來，早餐簡單但基本該有的都有，酒店很多都是上海來的看來大家都喜歡選擇這裏，避開市區高峯享受暇意的寧靜也是不錯的選擇。對了給酒店的工作和保潔人員點贊👍服務意識很強主動打招呼詢問開車門，整體很滿意下次還想再來。

前台小姐姐電話確認入住後，提前安排了帶小院子的山景房，很棒哎！酒店設施很新，衞生乾淨，中餐廳性價比高，隨機點的菜還挺好吃，酒店2 F直接通往龍虎山景區，龍山接着半山公園，雨天霧濛濛的很美！友情提醒山裡有蚊子帶上花露水哦～
