The Civic offers great service. The hotel is excellent value for money. Very good overall. The location is also excellent. All good.

The room type was satisfactory, clean, and very stylish! The shampoo and conditioner smelled great, and there were thoughtful green tea and black tea bags. The hairdryer was also good.

The room was clean and tidy, and having a smart speaker (XiaoDu) to control the facilities was very convenient. There's free parking downstairs.

The service was great, and it's really close to the subway! They have parking, the room was big, very clean, and the soundproofing was pretty good too!

The room is quite spacious, with a sofa and a table and chairs. The bathroom is nice and large. The service is also excellent; any takeout orders are personally delivered to the room door by staff. Plus, the location is great, right next to the subway station, which is very convenient.

The hotel is located in the Upper城区 (Upper City District), but it's not too far from the West Lake attractions. The hotel's facilities are not old. The room cleanliness is good, and the housekeeping staff are also good. The soundproofing in the room is decent, but the soundproofing in the bathroom might be slightly worse. The water pressure in the shower is good. However, the water temperature control was a bit off at first; even when turned to full hot, the water wasn't very warm and took a while to heat up. Considering the price, this hotel offers great value for money.

Decided to visit Hangzhou on a whim and booked this hotel. Overall, it was okay, but there was no hot water. I checked in at night, went out for dinner, and by the time I came back for a shower, the hot water was already cold. In the morning, I wanted to wash my hair, but there was absolutely no hot water. I called the front desk, and they said the hot water pump was broken… When I asked when it would be fixed, they couldn't give a clear answer. Also, the room was close to the elevated road, so there was noise even with the windows closed. The sink had rust stains, which might be due to its age or inadequate maintenance.
