Our hotel room was clean and had a nice view of the city. We didn’t have the time to check out the breakfast. However I will say that our room was very small, barely any space to move around.

Although the entrance was difficult to find (check-in counter is on the 11th floor) the staff were very helpful and forthcoming even though my Chinese ability somewhat lacked. The room was super clean and had such a beautiful view of the river!! The breakfast was amazing…I spent 2 hours at breakfast haha. The location was perfect for my business needs. It was very very quiet and peaceful at night. Will be back again when I’m in Hangzhou

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for more than two weeks. The service here is amazing and the staff is very helpful, kind and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable with air conditioning and beautiful views. The hotel is also located in a nice area close to malls, shops and restaurants and of course walking distance to the river. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely come back again.

My friends and I booked this hotel very last minute when our other booking did not allow foreigners. The staff were friendly and patient as we did not speak Chinese and they did not speak English. Our room had all the necessary amenities and was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to others!

A total of five rooms were booked. When booking, the points were redeemed for early check-in at 12 o'clock and late check-out (14 o'clock). I had to wait for a total of 3.5 hours to check in! It’s 11:30 to 2:30 in the afternoon, 3.5! Small! hour! It was said that our room had just been cleaned "on a rush". After entering the room, the desktop looked like picture 1! When I went back to the room to pack my luggage at 13:00 the next day, the door to the room could not be opened? ? ! ! River view room! The windows are just that big (picture 2)... It was a very poor experience, and the oranges will be black for the rest of my life. When we leave the store, we are given a few bottles of water and a box of who-knows-what in exchange for the right to evaluate? ? ? ? ? I won’t choose it again in the future. Isn’t Atour delicious? ? ?
