住的特別好 帶了小孩子 給了小童用的拖鞋 對小孩子特別友好 早餐豐富好吃 有小童座椅 房間大姐打掃得也很乾凈 在酒店裡經常給打招呼 所有服務人員都很熱情 入住也有小禮品 酒店好像還特別有下午茶 很有特點 位置很好得一家 非常推薦

房間很乾凈，智能馬桶和機器人送餐都讓孩子很新奇。特別是機器人，特地點了好幾次外賣來體驗。服務員很贊，知道孩子喜歡機器人，還特地安排機器人送了兩瓶水過來，還送了護手霜。晚上很安靜。除了離地鐵站要走十來分鐘以外，沒毛病。

酒店驚艷了，位置很好，離蘇州站近，離地鐵口也不遠，酒店剛剛裝修，設施升級，靠近高架橋，但是沒有噪音，房間隔音很好，乾乾淨淨，而且有一個大窗户。空調製熱很快，無噪音，前台小姐姐很熱情，幫我很多。還送了小禮物。機器人服務孩子很喜歡。早點很豐富。價格實惠，會推薦朋友再住的。

酒店新裝修，衞生和環境很好，馬桶是智能的，窗户是雙層玻璃隔音效果好，晚上聽不到外面的聲音，空調很足，昨天天氣很冷，入睡前關了空調都不覺得冷。前台的服務也很好，入住的時候正好下雨，天氣很冷，小姐姐立馬給我們到了一杯紅糖薑茶驅寒，給小朋友拿了益生菌棒棒糖。早餐很豐盛，我和小朋友很愛吃他們的麪條。

酒店位置很不錯 離西湖和in77商圈都很近 前台服務辦理入住早餐什麼的都很好 就是大過年的大年初一凌晨一點房間燈自己開了又關嚇死獨自居住的我😅打前台電話問才知道是跳閘了🥲誰懂住尾房燈自己開自己關加上大年初一buff疊滿的含金量🥲

房間雖小，但挺精緻。沒有什麼異味。最喜歡有軟硬兩種枕頭。酒店離西湖、繁華的商業區和高鐵站都比較近，附近都有公交車可到達
