The money is a small thing, but it is very happy. I'm also very satisfied with the breakfast. The restaurant is unique and warm. I like eating it very much. The beef hotpot opposite is also delicious. Will stay here again in the future.

The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively old. When I turned on the corridor light today, it exploded directly, sparks flew, and the lampshade fell off, almost hitting our eyes and heads. Later, the front desk said that they would negotiate with the store manager and gave a compensation of 89 yuan for the membership of Jinjiang Hotel. However, if we do not continue to consume in their hotels, it is equivalent to no compensation at all, which is actually inducing us to consume. There is no actual compensation at all. The hotel room fee is more than 300 yuan, which is nothing at all, but the subsequent attitude is really unacceptable. When the light bulb just exploded, we called the front desk, and they asked a cleaning aunt to come up and ask. The aunt seemed to be accustomed to saying that this is a normal phenomenon. But for us consumers, this is intolerable. Fortunately, it didn't hit my head or eyes today, so what if it happened? Or if other customers encounter this situation, will they still have such good luck? Will this spark cause a fire? Our attitude when talking to them at the beginning was very gentle, but they gave such a plan that was unbearable. Then the reason given was that the money was automatically credited after the order was completed, and we could not refund or compensate us. I cannot accept such a reason. The hotel only let the female front desk employee contact us from beginning to end. I felt that this employee was in a difficult position. The store manager didn't even make a phone call himself. We consumers didn't feel valued or respected. We are very dissatisfied.

This hotel has no windows and no exhaust fan. I got a respiratory infection after staying there for one night. The hygiene is worrying and the floor is rotten.

The location is good and the transportation is very convenient! It is also close to restaurants and shopping. The room is soundproofed. The cleaning lady comes to clean every day. I will consider staying here next time!
