I visited for work and it was a big and pleasant hotel. I liked the breakfast very much because there were many kinds of breakfast and it was delicious. The room looked a little old, but it was well maintained and clean. And they gave me cookies as a present and they were so delicious. Overall, it was a great hotel.

Room was kinda cigarette smell on their air-conditioning and I was dizzy, when they gave us another room we were able to sleep well, receptionis girls were cooperative and room was big enough and they have big tub, food was just OK.

設施有年頭了，兩晚都沒睡好。當在茶杯上看到經高温消毒後焦化的嘴脣位蛋白質後，又在地毯上看到了之前客人的指甲和長髮、其中一個枕頭上有黃斑，我的內心是崩潰的。另外，酒店沒有外賣機器人，外賣得下樓自己拿哈（户外外賣櫃）。凌晨被冷風吹醒，原來是從窗户的細縫裡鑽進屋，又溜過窗簾縫隙的“妖風”：在零下温度的杭州，開着熱空調，若睡靠窗的床（其實兩張床都一樣）便會體驗“冰火交融”。早餐還行，可以做到營養均衡。

因酒店原因改為入住套房，入住過最差套房了，床有異響還晃動，設施老化，咖啡機擺設，沒有咖啡，搞笑的一個套房提議，不推薦
