房間在二樓，沒有電梯
前台服務比較慢比較差，去了沒人，等了好久
房間不隔音
但是五一期間價格280，環境還算乾淨，房間也挺大

環境和服務態度極差，有兩三衹飛蟲在床上爬，前台非説是窗外飛進來的，難道這不算是你們環境工作失誤?後來申請退房本來也説好了，結果背後就是另一套 6 ，真有夠下頭的，説是給洗床單的費用，我們也同意了，結果你家洗床單費用要108？百分之五十，***真有你的哈，還得是你會賺錢，我在裏面待幾分鐘就給你賺死咯，表面一套背後一套給你玩明白了，就這你還做生意啊？****，杭州人臉都被你給丟盡咯
