No Wifi. The room neighbor snored.
Auf dem iPad und iPhone und MacBook hatte ich kein Internet oder nur ganz ganz minimal. Entweder hätte ich mich direkt an die Zimmertür stellen müssen oder in den Flur.
Statt mir allerdings zu helfen wie ich WLAN empfangen kann, zeigt mir der Hotelier, dass er auf seinem Handy Empfang hat und geht einfach wieder.
Hat wenig geholfen und irgendwie nicht so ganz gastfreundlich (!), wenn man dem Gast nicht glaubt, auch wenn es auf allen 3 Geräten ersichtlich ist. Einfach mal das Problem - statt zu bearbeiten - auf den Gast abgewälzt 😀👍 Ich frage mich bloß: wie interessant war es für den Gast, dass der Hotelier Empfang hat? 🙄
War egal, Hauptsache Hotelbetreiber hatte seine Ruhe… Danke für nichts.
Wenn man als Hotelier im digitalen Zeitalter immer noch nicht weißt, wie wichtig Kundenzufriedenheit und WLAN sind, dann ist alles zu spät…
Ein freundliches „ich schau mal, was ich machen kann“ hätte mir schon gereicht.
Leider konnte ich meinen Zimmer-Nachbarn beim Schnarchen hören. Ziemlich hellhörig die Zimmerwand. Konnte nicht so gut schlafen.
Insgesamt eher nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer ist ausreichend eingerichtet und sauber.
Badezimmer mit Dusche auch ok. Restaurant geschlossen wegen Krankheit. Größtes Problem ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Sämtliche Türen im Anbau schließen mit einem lauten Knall, abends daher sehr laut und früh ab 7 Uhr kein Schlaf mehr möglich... Nichts für schreckhafte Leute ;-))

Hotellet anfører der er restaurant, men den var ikke åben. Det er stærk utilfredsstillende. Lukning af restaurant bør tydeligt fremgå af oversigten. Jeg booker ikke et hotel garni, men derimod et hotel, der har den service jeg forventer.

Ok hotell men de hade restaurang men ingen middag eller lunch beroende på att de saknar kock... Inte ens möjligt att få en öl på eftermiddagen. Rummen var rena men lite gammal standard. Frukosten var undermålig endast bröd o mycket hårdkokta ägg.
