The location is perfect very close to the main pedestrian street, 20 min waking to the metro station. The service is really good and nice. The breakfast is ok and you can select what you want to eat. Coffee is not so good. The view is ok and the heater are perfect

If you're going to this hotel you're paying for location not for a quality room.
The room was old, the aircon was leaking water, the geyser isn't very big, the bathroom extraction fan needs replacing, and the cleanliness can be improved.
The service wasn't bad and the staff was friendly.
If you're looking for a good room look somewhere else.
If you're looking for a great location that's near everything touristy it's perfect.

At the reception nobody spoke English (if you're already used to it not a big surprise). The hotel is really clean, really nearby (less than one minute walking) to the pedestrian area. The nearest stop of the underground is quite far but there is plenty of bus stations. Right next to the hotel there was an area with some activities to do on ice (skating, snowmobiles, sledges...).
The room was clean, as well the bathroom. In the room the temperature was perfect, but still it was possible to change it.

Perfect location. At the center of the city, near most of the attractions. Easy to locate and staff was amazing with all the queries and concerns. Breakfast was free but hope they had more variety and other western options. Nonetheless, made our Harbin stay memorable.

The hotel is good and we have stayed there many times. It is right next to the flood control memorial tower. You can see the memorial tower from the room. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and actively assist with check-in.
