酒店前門的地鐵晚上施工聲音還是挺大的。我中午來辦入住，特意和前台説需要一個不靠地鐵施工地而是靠小區的房間，前台説給我留好了房鎖定了，因為還在打掃不能入住，但會幫我鎖定，我就放心的出去玩了。晚上回來發現所訂的房進去以後還是靠地鐵工地，下去找前台換房，説已經沒房了，然後前台和我説他就是接之前那一班的同事，他也不知道發生了什麼，滿房了也沒辦法給我換。另外，想借個充電器前台説衹有充電線，沒有充電頭。感覺這一家服務就挺一般的吧。一起入住的同事有些有歡迎水果，有些沒有，挺隨意。
房間是以前賓館改造過來的，總體有點老舊，當然電視還是換了全季的大電視。樓下地鐵工地晚上的噪音參考白天這個視頻

首先説前台的服務非常好，很熱情，服務也很高效率，然後酒店離江邊很近，晚上沒事可以去江邊溜達散步，客房服務員很貼心，還幫忙洗衣服，客房衞生棒棒的，住在這裏跟回家了一樣，以後還會經常來

很愉快的住宿體驗，前台的小哥哥，小姐姐特別有禮貌，問什麼都很有耐心的解答，很貼心，入住的第一間房間感覺有味道，薰得我頭痛，跟前台的小哥哥説了，很快給換了新的房間，辦理入住很快，不會等很久，退房也很快，還送了飲品，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，早餐很豐富，下次還會光顧

已經是第二次入住全季酒店了，房間舒適整潔，早餐也特別可口有小朋友喜歡的果汁牛奶，前台服務也特別熱情，出行更是方便，有公交站可以到中央大街，索菲亞教堂，總的來説是一次非常開心的旅行，還要感謝鄭經理，有問必答給了我們一次完美又開心的旅行，有機會還會再次入住

酒店挨着江邊，可以沿着江邊看到風景，整體設施比較舊，但該有的都有，出差旅行還是很方便的，早餐也比較豐富。

房間很大，乾濕分離，温度適中，沒開空調，暖氣就夠了，太熱容易乾燥。早餐不錯，挺豐富的。供應也很及時。距離中央大街和松花江都挺近的，很方便。大廳休息區很大，座位也很多。
