這是一所老房子，很有歷史感，酒店位於教堂和中央大街之間，兩邊都可以步行前往，非常方便，對於自駕游來説，提前給酒店打電話，門前有收費停車位，很方便。

阿姨幫忙免費升級了房間，有超級大陽台的房間，哈哈哈哈，讓這次入住變得更加開心，位置也不錯，就在哈一百對面，走幾百米就是中央大街。如果來哈爾濱遊玩的旅客一定不要錯過這家賓館，旁邊有索菲亞教堂，中央大街，防洪紀念塔，江邊，兆麟公園，這都是必去的好地方！而且這家賓館本身也是哈爾濱的一個不動產的老建築，總之，入住體驗滿分！

五一出行前多家對比，最後選中的這家，位置方便，出門左轉中央大街，右轉過天橋道里菜市場，再走兩步到索菲特教堂，去景點打車都不算貴。環境也不錯，説是百年建築，紅色樓梯，一斤大堂就有那味道。整體很滿意，好評！

位置很棒，下樓就是中央大街和索菲亞教堂，地鐵公交站都不遠。雖然臨街，房間卻很安靜。工作人員都很熱情，尤其是安保大叔，看孩子温柔的眼神就像看自己家孩子一樣，深深的感受到哈爾濱人的熱情。這次來沒有看到冰雪大世界，今年冬天再來還會選擇巴新拉斯。

酒店離中央大街很近，出行非常方便，前台很客氣，老闆特別熱情，一直請我們吃雪糕，還幫我們搬行李，非常熱情，衞生也不錯，惟一不足是電梯極其小，衹能一次上去兩個人兩衹行李箱。整體感覺還是很不錯的。

爾濱之行比較滿意，酒店地段非常理想，位於索菲亞教堂和中央大街的中間，幾步路就到，對面就是哈一百美食城，打車也很方便，其實説在尚志大街邊上更容易找到。酒店看出來是歷史建築翻新裝修過的，暖氣很足。略微不足的是房間設計和服務還可以提升一些，比如淋浴間裝個玻璃隔斷更好一些，茶包和咖啡也可以備一些，周邊旅遊資源也可以互動一下。

離中央大街很近。服務非常好，而且經濟實惠 有一種穿越回七八十年代的哈爾濱的感覺，老闆人很好贈送了兩根馬迭爾哈爾濱紅腸味雪糕。
