房間很不錯，設施也很全，離周邊景點和地鐵站都很近。最愛的是陽光照射進來的感覺，暖意洋洋的，訂了三晚，第一晚去了亞布力沒住上，第二天回來已經晚上了，第三天沒有太陽，還好最後一天有太陽，住的很安靜，老闆大哥也很熱情，有什麼問題都馬上解決，有機會來哈爾濱還會選擇這家

一點也不好，被照片騙了，屋裡還有活物，蟑螂，埋汰死，床單都是黃色的，廁所味道很難聞，衹給了牙刷，洗手液沐浴露都是空的。主要是連着定了2天，住一天另一天都退不了，一定要慎重，千萬別被照片騙了！！！

交通非常便利，走幾步就有地鐵。環境……自己看吧……個人有點接受不了。還有大樓的電梯看起來很危險，一顫一顫的，等電梯的時間也很長。

非常差！連夜走的，我甚至願意犧牲違約金都要換酒店的地方。是單身公寓改造的，牆體發黴，門都嘎吱響，300多一晚上，這個價格我在任何一個城市都可以住到最起碼是乾淨的酒店！簡直是我東北旅行最不開心的開始！
衞生間沒有乾濕分離，甚至連洗髮水，沐浴露都沒給
燒水的地方是廚房，抽屜裡頭什麼垃圾都有。
冰箱裡頭還有前房客留下的東西
最恐怖的是，吊燈上還有前房客留下晾曬的內褲！
床品更噁心，懷疑都沒換。
攜程都賠我錢你們説這地方能住嗎？？？

優點:離索菲亞大教堂近離地鐵近缺點:三個電梯衹有一個能用，排隊等電梯要很久，我們住的那層下行按鈕還壞了；進户門很難打開；房間裏有異味；水龍頭一開就噴撒出來弄濕衣服；廚房很臟都是污垢

首先就是實際入住的和宣傳的圖片很不一樣，出入很大，所以很失望，圖片上裝修床什麼的看上去很新，窗户很大，風景很好，但實際不是的。#衞生不能説衞生差吧，因為裝修和年份擺在那，老闆應該是盡力了的。#服務分兩種吧，首先是老闆的服務，老闆在前一天打電話確認我們入住時間，我們是凌晨兩點多到的，到了地方後聯繫老闆，感覺他很嚴肅，凌晨兩點嗎，能理解，走的時候老闆的態度就很好了，其次是房間的準備服務，感覺非常不好，進入房間，很有點老舊的樣子所以連帶着覺得床單什麼的不是很乾凈（可能是乾淨的衹是因為房間的問題心理有點硌應）裏面沒有準備瓶裝水，WIFI也不太行，衞生間也沒有備好沐浴露和洗髮水（都已經脱完衣服了才發現）也沒有一次性拖鞋（但準備了塑料拖鞋）毛巾什麼的不太敢用（舊舊的）民宿嘛可能會洗了消毒後重新給下一位住客用，也能理解。#位置交通非常方便，樓下過個馬路就是地鐵口，不行一十幾分鍾就能到中央大街，紅磚街，聖索菲亞大教堂#房間設施老舊總的來説哈爾濱的民宿不太行，旅遊業也都在發展，民宿也應該要發展，哈爾濱之行多少因為入住的民宿影響了心情。

服務很差，酒店人員態度很糟糕，電話裏協商好我這邊取消，按照規定交違約金，完了申請上去點了拒絕，拒絕了又不能再申請了，也不講原因，毫無信譽，也不告訴怎麼解決，然後住房那天晚上半夜打電話，半夜十二點半打電話誰能接？第二天一大早六點半我接了電話，上來就説是我的問題，還説打我幾個電話怎麼沒接，怎麼就是我的問題了？你不想讓我退，想把錢全拿走你早説啊，大不了我空個房在那裡，錢就當打水漂了唄，哪有幹出説好付違約金就行又拒絕的事？你説要找平台商量付違約金的事情，那你之前電話裏也沒講啊？自己説申請就好了，態度還很不好，好像我要退房虧了你一樣，我退房你再租出去，我還額外交了違約金呢，這不是賺了嗎？定兩天，現在讓我退第二天的好能賣房間出去，早怎麼不説？説話態度也不好，語氣特別沖，乾的全是**事，哪裡有這樣做服務業的？要是好聲好氣和我説話，我退房不要退款都行，反正也沒幾個錢，讓你賺兩回都沒事啊。
