Amazing stay from the greeting of walking in, the energy was wonderful, to the quick and easy shuttle trip to and back from the rodeo. Made our stay so much better

The property was good but the service was not as was expected. We stayed 3 days (2nights) and the room was not cleaned, or changed or brought new towels and no one removed the trash in both the room or bathroom, that was very bad. No value for the money spent, unfortuanetly

Hyatt House is a 2 minute drive to MD Anderson Cancer Center. It is a clean, friendly, safe place to stay while I’m in town for appointments there. This past was my third visit and will be my first choice for my next. We’ve not eaten dinner there, but have enjoyed the generous included breakfast.

Normally this is total 5star property. We stay there often because it’s very clean, great staff, nice rooms and very convenient to medical center. However, this time there were dogs dogs dogs everywhere. Barking dogs. Unfortunately my husband is allergic and his nose and eyes tan the whole
Time. Before staying again I will ask if they have pet-free rooms or owt free floors. Not good for anybody with allergy problems.
