Premier Inn Mansfield

No aircon so can't turn temperature down below 19 degrees - together and a warm duvet this makes bed experience too warm for me. Breakfast a bit uninspiring - only choices in promised "selection" of yogurts were strawberry and plain Greek (same at another recent PI stay). Fruit salad looked a bit sad and too much apple. Berry selection also rather unappealing. Still miss the smoothie option that was on the PI breakfast menu for a while as I like that instead of milk on my cereal. Overall looks as if PI is trying to save money in the breakfast dept.

Stayed here for family reasons so wasn't expecting much, but wow such friendly staff, very helpful and courteous. Food was brilliant including breakfast. Would stay here again. My only gripe was the rom was bight and had a double bed and a single bed and I wanted to take my granddaughter at the last minute to see her great great granddad but because of her age being 17 i would of had to book another room as p.i policy is only 2 adults per room which seemed crazy when there was 3 beds and the room was so big so i couldn't afford nearly £100 for an extra room so had to leave her at home.

We are staying here at the moment and it’s a lovely hotel and just off the motorway. Soft play and playground for Kids. Perfect location to visit family in Derbyshire. The only thing that let it down for us is no where to sterilise baby bottles for our 5 month old. We had brought sterilising bags to put in the microwave but no microwave anywhere not in the restaurant. They said they couldn’t put them in their microwave. They said they could bring out a bowl boiling water but not safe around our other 3 year old daughter and would not be a big enough bowl for 3 bottles. We have had to plan our days out more carefully to sort out where to sterilise the bottles. It’s a shame that sterilising bottles is still so difficult in hotels!

As they have done so many times before they made our stay excellent and everyone of the team appear to do their best to ensure our stay is brilliant. Thanks to you all.

What a fantastic stay ...receptionist was so helpful if assisting us when our car broke down. Spotlessly clean . Superb breakfast in the restaurant will definitely be back ..thankyou to all the staff at this premier inn for helping us in our hour of need

My booking was really messed up, not sure why but despite the fact that i was late arriving, Mandy really sorted it out, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived tired and cold and she sorted everything so quickly and was so helpful and friendly.

Had a lovely weekend stay at the Mansfield branch of Premier Inn. Libby on check in was very friendly and then again on check out a few days later. The food in the restaurant was great, especially the Breakfast. Conveniently located just off the motorway. Good value overall.

I stay here regularly and book multiple rooms when visiting family. Never disappointed. Rooms are great and real value for money. Staff can’t do enough and the restaurant onsite is easy and again great value.
