The property offers a comfortable size of room in a single separated unit that provides privacy from other rooms. It has a car parking spot conveniently next to the room. The towels are decently clean and the bathroom accessories are properly available. The bedsheets,the pillow covers, and the blanket looked rather old. I wished the room would have a fresher smell. For only one night stay with my family , it is considered decent. The location though is excellent as it close to the main road which easy in and out to Songkla Old Town and Hat Yai.

We got to this hotel rather late, and we managed to locate this place with ease by using Waze of Cause. I got a bit of a hiccup on the check-in process, but all was sorted out within 10 minutes. The room was quite comfy throughout the three nights there. The room is equipped with a TV, fridge, water heater, and air conditioning, and there's nothing to complain about given that the price we booked was rather cheap. Getting to Lee Garden will take about 10–15 minutes, and it is rather inconvenient if you do not have your own transport.
