Good points: very friendly reception, handy location, easy car parking, comfy bed Close to great options for dinner, breakfast (Turkish restaurant, Weatherspoons) Bad points: noisy - busy road noise outside and noise from overhead rooms when people walk, bathroom smelt like smoke, TV came on at random times including middle of the night, expensive for what you get

We had an amazing time being part of the SlamDunk Festival, enjoying the music and atmosphere. However, our experience was dampened by the neighboring restaurant where the staff, particularly a woman with brown hair, was incredibly rude to us. The food was also served cold, which was disappointing and affected our overall enjoyment. On a positive note, the hotel receptionist, Kirsty, was exceptionally polite and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, the night staff member, Keith, was quite the opposite, displaying rudeness and a condescending attitude towards us when we tried to communicate with him. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, as if he was looking down on us when we asked questions, his tone of voice coming across as annoyed.

Here for daughters cheer comp for weekend... Jeniffer on reception has been so amazing and accommodating for my daughters needs.... she was so friendly and my daughter was actually able talk to her...... she happily listened to my daughter while she told her every single thing in great detail that happened at competition.

Third Class Hotel . Badly equiped rooms , no internal phone , no fridge no bottle of water . Nothing . The next door restaurant for breakfast is poor in what it offers . Bad food. Worst part my room was not even done when I came back for my se one night . It seems I should have informed reception to have my room done . Bad experience

A stuffy room with windows which did not open. Hotel totally characterless. Greeted at breakfast with the news that the coffee machine had broken down and there was no other source of coffee. There was also no orange juice. I was told that, the following day, there were also no eggs.

Bed was really comfy, hotel staff were amazing, food was okay, not really up to the usual standards but It done the job. Desperately needs a refurb, very run down. Can’t advertise new hotels on averts and online then we turn up to that especially for the price! Only reason for 5 was staff! Very attentive and helpful lot.
