大廳及房間衞生乾淨整潔，餐飲飯菜可口，服務人員熱情周到，特別印象深刻的安保工作人員的李大勝師傅（我當時看一眼他的工牌）。孩子開車到酒店大廳門口邊李師傅熱情指揮車位，當退房拿行李箱往車上放的時候，對方快速接過行李箱放在車後備箱，着實感動！酒店有這樣敬業的員工值得嘉獎，表揚👍。再來入住服務一定是佔第一選擇。

房間寬敞，乾淨，無異味，設施完備。酒店大堂經理高芳女士從酒店預訂階段就有問必答，態度熱情，入住以後又主動提供出行就餐方面的建議，體貼周到。客房服務人員態度也很親切，積極滿足客户需求，總之，有着不錯的入住體驗。

房間還好，不過，出了讓我惱火的事，早上出去玩，讓前台的人幫我把房間裏面的蛋糕放在酒店冷藏櫃裏，可結果晚上回去。發現蛋糕還在原地，都發黴了，明明早上交代好的。前台人員還把本子記着。可結果啥都沒幹，如果説做不了，不能放，早上就應該説一下，或者説不知道什麼蛋糕，就可以打我電話，可什麼都沒做，氣的我晚飯沒吃

很好的酒店，雖然開業時間有點長，但裝修保養得很好！連續住了2晚，頭天到得比較晚，酒店竟然給晚到的客人提供宵夜，太讚了。特別感謝以露露為代表的工作人員的熱情服務，下次有機會來合肥，一定再光顧！

房間還行，就是被單！嗯……等下發個圖自己領會，因為被單上總感覺有東西，才發現圖片上的一目。拖鞋還可以，但不能帶走,帶走要罰20元，於是我就忍痛割愛放下了。其餘都還行。服務態度很好。

有歷史底藴的酒店，大堂氣派，房間寬敞整潔，裝修簡潔有檔次。特別是牆壁上的水墨畫很有韻味和意境。酒店的位置極佳，交通方便到包公祠、逍遙津和李鴻章故居都很近，。人人房間看出去街景也不錯，大鐘樓就在眼前。
4月4號辦理入住時前台美女的接待熱情有禮貌，4月6號中午離開時前台的兩名服務女生幫着拿行李並指引我們坐在舒適的地方等車。衹是4月4號晚間約8點多吃宵夜時有一個比較壯實的男服務員對客人不夠尊重，令人不愉快！
總的來説辰茂和平酒店各方麪條件不錯，值得推薦入住。

酒店有地面停車場，停車方便，離着環城公園，包公園，安徽大劇院都很近，房間設施齊全，裝修稍顯有年代感，早餐很豐富，味道也不錯。
