The hotel room itself is reasonably clean, however moulds can be seen in corners and edges in the bathroom as the room is a bit dated. There was some loud noise from the young couple staying next door or the level above at midnight, we had to call the reception to remind them to be mindful of other customers staying in the hotel.

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

The location of the hotel is excellent, 100 meters away from the subway entrance and one stop away from the railway station. The lobby of the hotel is very atmospheric. All the hotel staff are very polite. When we checked in, we were given a good location on the floor. The buffet breakfast is not only rich in variety but also The quality of the waiters is very high, the cleaning staff are very careful, and they gave two more bottles of mineral water. I passed by Hefei after going to Huangshan. I compared several hotels online and felt that this hotel is very cost-effective. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk warmly welcomed me. The room was clean and tidy, and there were fruits provided. The hotel is located in the center of Hefei, opposite a large shopping mall, pedestrian street, and snack street. The transportation is very convenient. When checking out, the two friendly ladies at the front desk, Xiaogu and Xiaokong, also gave us two bottles of water and helped input the license plate into the free parking system. I felt very satisfied with the hotel I stayed at in Hefei this time, and the warm reception from the two ladies at the front desk Like the service! I will stay at this hotel next time I have a chance to come.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great, the pedestrian street that the hotel is on is really cool at night and the vibe is perfect for late night meandering. The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.
