Hotel is near to the town centre but is at the top of a steep hill - difficult walk back. Food in the restaurant was ok but service was poor. You have to ask to have the room cleaned but they did not change the towels nor vacuum the carpet. All they seemed to do was to straighten the duvet and empty the bins. Very noisy hotel, not sure if the walls are thin but we were awoken often by noisy guests. Probably wouldn’t recommend or make a return visit.

Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Für uns zu ruhig. Modern jedoch fehlt jegliche Inspiration die Kunden wieder kommen zu lassen. Lounge Musik bißchen weniger Monotonie wäre hier sicherlich hilfreich.

Das Hotel ist schön, das Frühstück super und die Mitarbeiter auch nett!
Ich hatte eigentlich über Trip.com eine Suite gebucht, bei der Buchung ist aber wohl was schief gelaufen, beim Hotel ist nur ein Zimmer angekommen. Wir konnten vor Ort eine Lösung finden. Am besten vorher anrufen....
Die Sauna war allerdings schon um 20 Uhr aus und wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht wieder eingestellt, dass war sehr schade und auch nicht nachvollziehbar!

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.
Die Ausstattung des Hotels und der Zimmer sehr schön. Aber leider Teppichböden in den Zimmern.
Der Wellnessbereich sehr großzügig.
Die Lage des Hotel sehr schön. Auf einem schönen Fußweg ist man schnell in der Stadt.
Es gibt auch rund ums Hotel Wanderwege.

This was, as usual a perfect stop for us with the whole family including dog. Very friendly and professional personnel and great location. Breakfast is a very fulfilling and tasty experience. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location. Breakfast was excellent!: one of the best! Nobody came to clean the room for three days. We have to call every day to have the receptionist deliver towels for three of us but no one collected the used towels for three nights we spent there. The used towels were piling up on the bathroom floor. . The carpet could use replacement. The shower drain did not work well. Staff were very friendly though.
