Very clean and spacious room Convenient location with 15 mins bus ride to city centre

The hotel room facilities are relatively old. The room I checked in on the first day had an old smell. The bed in the room was very small and the bathroom looked poor. Fortunately, the hotel staff changed the room

The room is not big, with twin beds, and the breakfast is rich.

Very friendly and sweet personnel who met you. The cleaning in the room could be much better. There were big holes in the thin duvets inside the bedding so they really need a replacement, the room could also use a up date, but there was what you needed, and nice to have a small fridge in the room. The food in the restaurant ok, but could be better, we like our bacon crispy, not soft, can be cultural. :) Ate there in the evening also as previously written, the food is ok, but nothing special. resturan out dated on the look, but ok, (probably had to be renovated at the end of our stay but didn't get to experience it before we went home). The hotel is in a nice walking distance to the tram, bus and train, so nice and easy to get to city ​​center in 20-30 min. For the price we paid for the stay we are satisfied but new duvets are a must. We would love to come again. will give it 2 stars out of 5.

Breakfast…. good, room medium, night was liite noisy. But, entirety was good … quality and price was on very good balance!

The hotel seems to have degraded over time. The staff was kind but overall the visit was a disappointment.

Over the years Park Hotel has begun to lose its shine. There is a bit of a shabby tinge these days. (I have been using this hotel since the 90’s when out Finnish teachers’ union used to offer significant discounts.) the hotel’s location, however, is convenient.

Well it was as i expected but location was good for city and airport.Helsinki is expensive and this hotel is expensive for what it is.Good breakfast friendly staff.tv was not working safe deposit box key pad broken hotel gave us a master key so that was ok. Sauna only open in the morning pool useless. .

It was abit suureal, as the hotel had ni lights on when I arrived (technical reasons with wires---it happens!), so check in was with flashlights and there was not much to doi in te room without any light...but they were polite, breakfast was quite okey. Parking nearby---not too much space available.

Close to buses and tramway so easy to get to the center. Good quality and price ratio.

Ihan kuva hotelli yöpymiseen. Vähän vanha ja ränsistyneessä kunnossa, mutta se ei vaikuttanut. Aamupala oli hyvä.

Meidän huoneessa oli yksi sänky mikä oli aika huono mutta onneksi olimme 3 hklö 4 hengen huoneessa niin meillä oli mahdollisuus vaihda sänky ja se oli todella hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja yritti parhaansa.
