Good hotel, I’d stay again for that price. It rained the whole time I stayed so having large spaces for people to hangout was very welcome

The swimming pool was out of order upon our arrival. We where given an email address to complain to and they only responded 5 days later!. When we complained we where told that the beach was 200m away. We had to go to the beach on a day that it was extremely windy and 37 degrees! We where never updated on the pool despite asking twice a day. We will never stay here again nor recommend people to do so.

The hotel is very well located and easy to find, accessible to PRMs. The attentive staff takes great care. The room was spacious, with a nice view and the bedding was top notch. The local cuisine offers different regional specialties. We will keep very good memories of this stay.

The photo of the hotel suggests that it is right by the ocean! Fake ! We found ourselves in a room with cockroaches! And cobwebs! A room at 120€ TTC! For the cobweb the person at the reception tells us that the cobwebs are made every day, bad luck we spent 2 nights there and the second the same cobweb was always in the same place. As for the cockroach that I put under the nose of the manager, his answer was that the hotel was in nature and that was normal! Conclusion we spend the night imagining having cockroaches running over you and for the manager it is normal as long as we are in nature!!! It is well known that cockroaches come from gardens and fields!!!! Avoid this hotel if you want to sleep on your ears!!!! A scandal and all that at 120€/night!

appartement situé dans une résidence à l'arrière de l'Hotel, très calme, excellent rapport qualité prix en basse saison : - acceuil professionnel - idéalement situé entre le port de plaisance et la plage. - a savoir : parking pas toujours simple, alors il vaut mieux intégrer la solution (payante) de parking souterrain : sécurisé et accessible en ascenceur depuis l'appart.

Hôtel typiquement basque il faut aimer l ancien. L escalier en bois est magnifique les chambres un peu petites mais agréables. Le restaurant mériterait un coup de neuf par contre la cuisine est très bonne.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour
