床墊上有血漬，噁心，前台服務很差，剛把車停到店前面，把行李拿上樓就被貼罰單了，前台服務員沒有説清楚，然後指導我們聽到一個黑停車場，房間衞生也很差潮濕，還臟。這家店前面的交通非常擁擠，路挖的亂七八糟的不建議選擇，本來打算去爬衡山的，因為住這家店心情不好，全部取消了。

服務：已經第二次住這家店了，這家店的設施雖然相對現在一些比較新的酒店相對比較陳舊，但是這家店的服務態度絕對是我住過這麼多家酒店以來最好的一家，明顯這家店的服務態度的價值是要超過他的價格的，服務員從辦理入住，一直到離開酒店，包括在中途服務員見到你都會熱情的向你問好，有什麼問題都會及時解決處。這一點非常贊！
設施：其他設施方面可以用，但是相對比較陳舊，畢竟酒店已經有一定的年頭了。
性價比方面就不用説啦，其實出頭的價格可以租到有窗乾淨，在老城區的酒店已經很不錯了！
表揚5月10號晚上，當時的女前台，因為這位女前台的貼心服務，旅行的心情都好很多了！

基本上中規中矩，衹是裝修的時間有些久了，地板有些破舊。剛入住房間有嚴重的刺激性煙味，反饋後，及時給予了調整。調後的房間就沒有令人反感的氣味了。

定了兩間房，一間入住了，一間空着不給我客人住，主要客人沒住，也不打電話通知客人一下，還説衹訂了一間，還要求我客人在**重新下單一間，每次體驗感都不好，態度也不好，如果不是因為近，方便，早不在這裏訂房了

優點：服務熱情，管理有序，酒店位置極佳。不足：拖鞋底薄如紙，廁紙少得可憐，洗髮液和沐浴露沒標識，淋浴時布簾往身上貼。第一次住如家連鎖酒店，感覺拖鞋、牙具等和淋浴房都有提升和改進的空間，觀念要與時俱進，不能太將就。
