The hotel has good location, close to highway and shopping. We had good night sleep there. Our room was facing Jefferson road so noice was not an issue at night.
However, the hotel does not offer free bottled water as others. We had to retrieve our own from our car. It would be nice to add considering the relative low cost.

It was fairly nice but I didn’t realize we wouldn’t have a window to outside. The pool was lovely though and my children liked it. The beds were small!

This is my favorite hotel in the Henrietta area. It is the best hotel I've stayed at when at RIT. The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms as comfortable. The breakfast is great. Close to RIT and shopping. Lots of dining options. Never a problem.

The hotel is clean and in decent condition. Enjoyed having a morning cup of coffee in the lovely atrium. The rooms are minimalistic but clean. Leave yourself plenty of time when taking the elevator, there are only two and they move very slowly.

I was unpleasantly surprised at the condition, although the customer service was awesome i was very disappointed with the overall condition of the place, the carpet was odorous, my room door had to be forced shut d/t it sagging, the bathroom vent fan didn't work and the toilet went down very very slow, most times flushing it twice.

Amazing pool and good food. Unfortunately the bed is too small for two people and the bed was not even, had back pain for next day because of the bad bed. Unfortunately the hotel person was not helpful

The hotel was decent but there was a huge mold problem in the bathroom because it has no ventilation. The front desk staff needs DEI training and ********** needs to better vet their local partner hotels. I was told the rooms booked by ********** were not given the same accommodations as if booked directly via the Hilton. I was sorely disappointed.

We loved the DoubleTree! Great location and walkable to many eating establishments. Also the shuttle takes you further if needed! We will definitely stay here again!

I used to stay here over thirty years ago when it was the Holidome. The poperty has been nicely maintained and updated it but still retains the very cool atrium. Staff was pleasant but never seemed to go the extra mile. But all in all a good stay at a reasonable price in a convenient location.

My son goes to RIT which is less than 10 minutes away and we have stayed here 3 or 4 times. Rooms are comfortable and the pool and gym are very good. But my favorite part is the food here. The breakfast is excellent whether its the buffet or omelettes etc. The restaurant and bar is in the center of the place next to the pool and under a large atrium full of trees. Excellent salmon, wine and salads. always a highlight. My wife did complain that the bathroom didn't have a vent and she takes a very longggggg shower. Breakfast was a long wait as they were understaffed. Oh don't forget to ask for the chocolate chip cookies.!!
