前台的工作人員超級好 ！
有問必答態度也很好
這個酒店是作為過渡的 因為沒搶到北海去南寧的票 北海酒店又老又破還超貴旅遊旺季真的超貴！
但是這家店離合浦高鐵站和汽車站都很近 可以作為北海過渡的不二之選！
衞生也很乾凈！
環境也很OK！
（圖為我退房的時候 光線不好 但是住了那麼多旅遊城市酒店這個真的👌🏻

離合浦站很近，附近交通便利。酒店服務好，收100元按金。有餐廳和早餐（沒有中餐和晚餐），還有專門的棋牌室。有洗衣機和烘乾機，客房大且亮，wifi較快，隔音一般。如果餐廳和洗衣房有衞生間就更好了。

房間還是挺大的，但是圖片完全不對，我們訂的優雅房，前一晚已經跟客服説了，第二天升級到優悦房，幫我換房，然後去找前台居然不交接不清楚。第二個就是前台很不專業。攜程來的訂單都不會看，什麼房型，平台政策完全不懂，為這個事情我們又多跑了一遍，第三個，圖片與實際不符，優悦的房型跟圖片完全不一樣，我住幾天，本不想換房，就是看中那個房型可以晾衣服，結果給我的那個晾衣空間小到不能再小，酒店也不出麪做任何解釋，平台給了一些賠付，這也是我喜歡從攜程訂！總的來説，酒店這個價位還算不錯，房間比同價位的大，用的易耗品比較差，酒店管理比較差！服務跟專業度不行

房間設施環境都可以，走的時候工作人員還推薦了糖水店，很不錯，服務熱情
水龍頭水勁太大容易沖到身上，這個倒是還能接受
有帶孩子床褥有煙味不能接受，不過是半夜到的路過就住一晚湊合了

相對於附近的酒店 優程算是比較好的酒店 入住的很舒服 安靜 前台小婷辦理服務也很好 很有禮貌 客房續住衞生做的也很棒！！還有早餐吃 簡單但是不敷衍 下次還來！！！
