Amazing location and superb staff. Room was very comfortable, clean and large. Breakfast was excellent and enough to choose from. Location is a good basis to explore Pembrokeshire. If you want to feel special, this is the one you need to stay.

My wife was blown away with her 60th birthday surprise accommodation - what a privilege to stay in such a stunning ancient building. It has been a very well thought out restoration keeping many of the historic features. Its walls could tell a few tales! Both staff and food were fantastic and we were thoroughly looked after which made my wife’s special birthday an unforgettable experience. Would highly recommend. I booked the castle out for exclusive use. Me and my friends were blown away. We stayed for two nights. The staff were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable while booking and signing us in. Having the castle to ourselves made us all feel very royal. All the rooms are of top quality and so well presented. All the stairs keep you very fit, but walking up every step is worth it. I don't think I could have had a better party. We had a silent disco Saturday night. I highly recommend doing this, as you're not allowed loud music because of the neighbours. I would love to go back. Highly recommended.

Great stay at this amazing castle. Stayed in the Ap Gruffyd room which has a lovely seating area and superb views. The room was well equipped with a large bath for a nice soak. Lots of artwork throughout the hotel and in rooms. Many areas to sit, relax and a great viewing area with wide views over countryside and out to the sea. Honesty bar was a nice touch too. Had a short drive in the evening to Blas restaurant at their sister hotel. Breakfast in the morning at Roch castle was perfect with staff giving good local advice on where to visit. All in all a great stay and a privilege to be able to spend time in such a beautiful castle with so much history. Hope to return again one day.

Wonderful stay at the castle. Luxurious bedding. Lovely surroundings. Friendly staff. Delicious cooked breakfast choices. Lucky with the weather and walk to walk sunshine. Very comfortable and well appointed public areas. Views over surrounding area amazing.

The castle is stunning and very luxurious. We stayed in the De Rupe room, which is the highest room in the castle. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was the nicest bathroom we have ever seen and had a luxurious tub. Woodwork was superb and finely crafted. We had views over the ocean and farmland in the two castle windows in the room. The breakfast is wonderful and the facilities available, like the lounge and breakfast rooms, are very comfortable. This was a lovely stay in a castle with lots of history and charm. Because of the historic restrictions there are no lifts: you will have to use the stairs.

When I sent friends a photo of the Castle from the outside, they replied, "Oh, wow!" That's the best response to this 5* B&B Guesthouse. Perched on a hill, the views are amazing. Inside the Castle is finished to the highest standards. The service is excellent and inside it is so peaceful and relaxing. Do take small suitcases: it's a medieval castle and the spiral staircase is narrowish.

A beautiful place to stay. The staff, location and luxury accomodation is second to none. There is no restaurant on site for dinner so be sure to book one of the options available in St Davids or tye local inn. Loved our stay and will return next time we are in Wales.

We had two wonderful nights. The staff could not have been more helpful, the setting beautiful, our room was very comfortable and the breakfast outstanding. Staying in this unique castle was a fabulous experience and we really enjoyed a lovely evening sharing the communal lounge with the other hotel guests. Will definitely be coming back.
