Very good. I stayed in the building opposite the lobby, not the one in the lobby. I entered with a password. I thought it would be noisy living on the first floor in the city, but it was very quiet, not noisy at all.

Central location with a good concept without any final ideas for the equipment, missing gadgets such as an espresso machine etc. Staff are not yet sufficiently trained to ensure a timely check-in. There is no shampoo and the lighting is not very attractive to create a pleasant a**osphere. The blinds do not allow for complete darkening and the view of the inner courtyard is poor.

Stayed for 2 nights in their wonderful apar**ent for NYE. Had plenty of room for the family to spread out.
Very clean
Staff was on limited hours for the holiday but were exceptional help when needed.

Rather recently renovated. Enough space in the suite. No daily service! 10 minutes walk to train station. 20 minute’s distance to the Nuremberg Airport by taxi.

The building is very new and the rooms are modern. I loved the shower from the roof top which was easy to adjust to the right temperature.
Check-in was done using self-service systems with information from Zeitwohnhaus. Also they had a computer in the entrance for browsing or printing out documents. Very practical.
There were several vending machines. Unfortunately the first one did not work but the one in the basement did. In the basement there is a gym where you can workout. There is also a washing corner but I did not use that.
The TV in the room has regular german TV but Netlifix and YouTube available.
