Very clean and quiet Great breakfast. We stayed in family room. It was exactly as advertised. King bed, queen and double sleepwe sofa. Lots of space and perfect for our family of 5

Our room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The hallway was clean. The elevator was clean. The lobby was clean. The sign on the elevator & hallway said "pardon our mess. we are renovating". Like I said, the hotel was clean. We did not see any construction debris. There was plenty of food for breakfast, both hot (eggs & sausages) & 2 waffle makers & cold (donut holes & mini pastries, plus more). Coffee was hot & good. The employees were very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Also, the parking lot was very well lite, which I consider a safety factor. Would recommend this Super 8 at Hershey & would return, in the future.

The room is spacious and very clean. Friendly staff. The front desk opens 24 hours. It is the same like it is advertised. I recommend this place for family. Will be staying here again if we travel back to Harrisburg area.

Hotel was decorated for holidays, staff friendly, and free breakfast. Not a lot of choices for breakfast but it’s free!

Excellent location! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Decor was dated, but it there was signs that renovations were happening. Beds were like sleeping on a boad and the pillows weren't even standard size. Again, the location was amazing very close to a lot of attractions in Hershey!

The only thing I didn't like were the guests up over my room the kids were running and jumping ever late at night. People should remember to be considered that there are guests rooms under you. Especially if you have kids. So one maybe sleeping.

I loved the staff. All of them made me feel welcome. I definitely will come back. I did mentioned there were a couple of mishaps to the front desk. Although they said I should of said something but, I felt these mishaps should of been taken care of before I arrived. I'm still giving 5 stars and hopefully when I come back, those mishaps will be corrected.

Beds were uncomfortable. Shower head in bathroom leaked and sprayed the entire room. There was a slight odor in the room.
