Very nice premises, services are good, staff are polite n helpful. The only downside is lots of stalls/shops/resto r not open, maybe they will open for weekend only... We booked a hot spring hill view room n upgraded to lake view....so nice .... Thanks for everything, we all enjoy e stay... Sure will come back again if we hv a chance...

Location is great. many attractions near by. Staff and service is good. Only company with room cleaning staff. they did not clean room well on our 2nd day. did not clean coffe mugs. and their was no glass to drink water or something. Inside room hotspring, i feel its normal water, not hotspring water.

極差評，第一，預訂時顯示房間有陽台，但拿房後是沒有陽台，要求換房但以滿房為由無法更換，要求退差額也沒有受理，這個事情使整個旅程不愉快，非常生氣。第二，停車位置與酒店房間不是同一棟樓，而且找了很久才有位置，對於有小孩家庭來説，或者下雨時，極其不方便。第三，泡温泉的地方與酒店房間也不是同一棟樓，要經過户外的地方才能到，換好泳衣後過去或者帶着泳衣過去泡温泉，對於有小孩的家庭來説也是極其不方便。第四，圖四前台員工，態度令人不滿意，諮詢換房、酒店設施等事情，極其不耐煩。總結這次出行，非常糟糕。

住過那麼多次酒店，第一次給差評，實在忍無可忍，先是給了另一種便宜的房型給我，衞生差都算了，自助餐廳的服務態度極其惡劣，特別圖片兩位服務員，我去過那麼多酒店早上的自助餐都是報房號就可以了，她兩個還要我報上全部住房人的姓名，還用手遮住電腦怕我看到裏面訊息騙吃自助餐，上萬元一晚的瑞吉酒店我也住過，我會騙128一位的自助餐？還想錢想瘋了，説我3歲的寶寶有一米四要收半價，厲害佩服，言語間都帶有侮辱性，完全影響我們出遊的心情，喜來登也算是高級酒店，怎麼培養出這樣態度惡劣的工作人員，我真服了，沒有下一次了，請大家避雷，誰來誰後悔

很少評論，這次入住體驗比較差，我們訂的親子房，小孩喜歡親子房風格也沒考慮其他，傍晚回房間的時候才發現通風特別差，洗手間的氣味非常大，連小孩都覺得有異味，然後聯繫前台要求換房間，其不太願意且需收取清潔費，隨後安排了一位阿姨上房噴灑空氣清新劑處理，但要贊一下那位阿姨，服務態度還是不錯。早上起床整個放間都是異味，真的非常非常臭！！！總結一下，根據酒店工作人員説，所有親子房都沒有窗户，抽風系統都很差，另外，洗手間沒有乾濕分離，房間內沒有指引如何通過電話聯繫前台，我們是通過攜程的指引才得知如何撥打房間內電話聯繫前台，總之，親子房真的不推薦，臭得難受。酒店的各項服務有待提升。

衞生好差，房間是封窗，空氣不流通，一股很重的煙味，聞了一個晚上頭痛。從來沒住過這麼差的酒店。平台標註有送自助晚餐，問了客房服務員説有送自助晚餐，到了用餐時間才被告知週末沒有自助餐，有些欺騙消費者，體驗感非常不好！！

800一晚，定了兩間，合計1600。首先，酒店的服務很好，服務員都很熱情友善，這一點要點贊。但是！酒店很舊，不管是外觀還是房間內設施，都很舊。而且800一晚的房間還沒窗户，住得很難受，可能是我錢沒掏夠，沒定一兩千的温泉房，但是這樣的房間很砸喜來登的招牌，我頭一天晚上住的另一家希爾頓價格衹要一半，房間還好了一倍不止，又新又乾淨，衹是不在景區。最後説一下景區，巴伐利亞莊園實在沒啥玩的，很失望，黑森林又差又不好玩，娃吐槽得不行。真的是非常不推薦去這裏玩。照片衹拍了黑森林門口，很舊，酒店跟這個一樣舊，大家參考一下吧，避坑慎行
