Location is convenient and staff friendly. Room clean but facilities worn down. You get what you pay for.

The area looks clean and front desk service excellent. I had problems with the shower, the water stream was too weak. But my biggest dissapointment was the false advertisement about free breakfast. There was only coffee and cereal. I can get coffee at any hotel and I dont eat cereal. Minimum should have some eggs wit sausage on the side.

Just old. Carpet smells, there was a roach in the bathroom. But I mean decent for the price if you don’t mind old things. I had a room when I walked in that smelled like pee, so I went downstairs to see if there was a different room I could check out. Front desk person was nice to give me a different room. It was better.

BE CAREFUL STAYING HERE!!! MAKE SURE TO INSPECT THROUGHLY FOR BED BUGS!! SHOULD Have TAKEN THE SMELL OF THE ROOM AS A RED FLAG. STAFF WAS OVERALL FRIENDLY BUT WHEN I NOTIFIED FRONT DESK OF THE BED BUGS ALL HE SAID WAS IM SORRY. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN THERES MUCH BETTER OPTIONS AROUND THEM !!!! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE STAYING HERE !!!

We really enjoy this property due to the close proximity to the Payne arena. We were able to enjoy two concert and just had to walk across the parking lot.

Really a nice place to stay. We had a room with a hot tub, and it was great. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for the convenience of attending a concert at the Payne Arena. The stayed was great and the event was walking distance. We didn't have to worried about drinking since we walked back to our room after the event. Overall a great experience with stay!
