The hotel is near the sea and the scenery is very good. Excluding the factor of sea view, it is just like home (the sea view is similar to that of hotels in this row)
The sound insulation is poor, I doubt if someone is trying to open my door

Spent 5 nights here at the end of our holiday. Its a fantastic hotel. The staff were lovely & friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The food was gorgeous- buffet style breakfast with something for everyone. We also ate here a couple of evenings and the food was outstanding. Its right on the beach and in the middle of everything. I would definitely come here again & would highly recommend.

Great place to relax. Room clean, service excellent, pool area very comfortable and beach right beside hotel. Not too big. Would be good with children. Shopping and ATM out front. Food was buffet style, as is normal in Sri Lanka. Very relaxed before getting on plane back to Australia

Friendly staff, clean room. Pool over looks the sea and friendly atmosphere all round. Would come back again. Perfect beach facilities and nice bars also. Close to good restaurants and bars for nighttime also. Great location overall also.

We had a great stay at this hotel as the last place of our 2-week holiday in Sri Lanka.it was the best choice. The hotel is by the ocean side and the rooms look onto the ocean. The food was also great, the hotel dinners are exceptionally good. The satff was very kind, we got most help from Uresha, who was very kind and helpful in all situations with us. I can recommend this place for all who want a great relaxing place and like snorkeling.

Hotel Coral Rock by Bansei is the perfect place for a seaside getaway. We spent an unforgettable two weeks here, enjoying the amazing views of the vast ocean and the soothing sounds of the waves. Very very nice place!!!! Beautiful view and very nice people!! I came almost evrey day to spend the day here. Food is also very good! Its near the beach. Good location around the hotel! I wish i could stay here longer! Had the best time and will miss this place!

Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kept the restaurant open for our late arrival. Hotel is right on the beach.We had ocean View rooms which were comfortable. Front desk staff quickly changed and upgraded our room when we had a problem. Uresha at the front desk was very cheerful and courteous and extremely helpful. Would recommend the place .

It was a real enjoyment being here during my holidays. The service was very hospitable and welcome. The dinners were exceptional and never the same during my 8 days experience here. It was also very convenient to have a beach and all beach facilities right in the hotels terrace. There were drawbacks too like outdated furniture in the room (for instance hairdryer was barely heating) and construction works in the neighboring building As for the furniture - it didn’t bother us at all, cause overall experience was nice - the room was clean and smelled good. As for the construction works - i understand that this was not the responsibility of the hotel stuff and they cannot do anything with it. Sometimes the noise was heard, sometimes it didn’t - all depends on the day of the week. All in all, it wasn’t too loud so it was possible to relax. Thanks a lot to the stuff for these incredible days in Sri Lanka!
