Leslie Rudolph welcomed us to the Hampton Inn with the professionalism of a big five star hotel. We will definitely be making a return visit, we have family near, it’s very convenient.

It took the clerk over an hour to get us into a room. The initial room had bugs on the beds!!!
The manager declined to speak with us.
We demand a refund!!!

Over all it's excellentexperience. If we have some more breakfast options for vegetarians, it would be best hotel.

The check in process was quick and my room was very clean. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and fluffy pillows.

Says check in at 3pm
Room not ready until close to 4 pm
Says pet friendly but doesn't say 75.00 cost per night for little dog. After they charged my credit card had to search before I could find extra for pet.
Noisy elevator could here in room all night.

Very disappointed about Hilton allowing any room to be able to have animals in. My husband & I have animal allergies, our first room smelt really bad so we asked for a different room the smell was less potent but sill there luckily we were traveling & had our air purifier with us & used that, but by morning I was sneezing. Not sure if we will stay in another Hilton 🙁🙁

I specifically booked it for the pool and it was closed by the county for being green. There was a water leak from the ceiling interrupting our sleep, but nothing could be done to compensate because it was booked through a third party. Very disappointing stay at this Hampton Inn.
