Wonderful staff who are incredibly helpful. They even extended my stay because I didn't want to leave! There are amazing activities every day and night, and it's a great place to meet new people. The nights always end on a high note. I love you guys!

I was scared coming in cause I had never stayed at a hostel before but this was an amazing experience. You can just hang around the pool table/bar downstairs if you want to make friends.the staff is welcoming. We were staying in a 4 bed dormitory and everything was perfect.

All was fairly good… they have the bar downstairs was a great place to meet people, even more when there were activities organised. 20 min walk to city center, good location for night life! Great stay and made even better with an upgrade by a lovely lady at reception

I was talking to people around a bit and they say this is probably the best hostel in D1, and i believe them. Such a wonderful venue and great atmosphere. Thank you so much for providing excellent service! Bar downstairs was cheap and fun. Also thanks Kann for your kindness!

I've booked a tunnel tour via the hostal. Take off was scheduled for 1 pm the next. I was there 15 minutes before but they've already left. I've paid in advance and of course I didn't get my money back. I asked if there was any way to catch up with the group but the employee was not helpful in any way. I would stay far away from this place!

this is a very noisy hostel, my bathroom was dirty and the beds are really small. maybe I picked the wrong hostel but owener starts roasting me on reviews and cancelling my trip on hostelworld for me not to leave a bad feedback, so had to write the review here.

First impression to the hostel was unwelcoming. They wanted to keep my passport for not having Dong to pay for the room immediately at arrival. The female receptionist has a terrible attitude. But the worse part and the one that is unacceptable is the horrible cleanliness in the general areas and, more importantly, in the bathrooms. The floor carpet was disgustingly dirty. They provide lockers with no locks - you must provide your own. Cheap and fun, but I suggest you pay a bit extra for a clean place, at least.

I loved this hostel. Charming little bar, downstairs from the dorms and didn't get in the way when it was time to sleep. a free beer every night. A nice balcony with a table for work. There's still a movie session in a room to wait for checking time or for a day when you don't want to go out. They were also very kind, allowing me to take a shower and stay in the TV room after checking out while I waited for my flight. Gratitude and congratulations for your work. I recommend.

The Hideout is highly recommended for those looking for a budget stay. The toilets are well-maintained and the overall atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience for all guests. They have pub crawls starting at 11pm and one free beer every night
