There was no information about this until you arrived. You will end up wasting money on an international call to the support center. As a result, a staff member came and I was able to check in, but I've already lost a lot of precious travel time up to this point. The room is acceptable considering the price. However, I'm stressed by the warped desk, dirty kitchen, trash left by the previous guest, and the many mosquitoes. Finally, at 8:30 in the morning, the entrance door was knocked on many times, disturbing my sleep.
