The Bush House

Very impressed with the upgrading of the property, especially the upstairs bathroom and the re-location of the stairs, much better configuration ( bit weird not to have wardrobes though!) The outside shower is delightful. Really appreciated that the owner has installed a battery so that we could still have lights and Wi-Fi during load shedding. Saw a lot of game this time on our trip to the hide ( giraffe, zebra, waterbuck) which added to our enjoyment. We will be back!

Great stay at the house, very homely, clean and cosy. Perfect for a couple like us who wants an "UsTime" away from the buzz of the city and the kids of course... Loved both the indoor and outdoor, the outdoor shower was great. And the toilet too, quite an experience. I give the shower a 100. Everything worked. My partner and I will definitely return.

Lovely setting in hwe private and quiet well equipped for a self catering stay. Great value for money. The house has two bedroom an indoor and outdoor shower a small pool and a lovely outdoor seating area

The house is is beautifully furnished it has everything you need is it beautiful decoratet the pool was excellent to cool down.alsothe grill the fire pit everything was perfect it was a nice stay we like the animals who come around .It was very nice to stay their. Regards Monika from germany

Beautiful setting. Nothing was needed. Diane outstanding host and always in communication. Loved the his and Hers outdoor shower and toilet. Whole new meaning under the stars. Also indoor bathroom. Great plunge pool and braai area or pit fireplace. Very quite with buck eating and drinking a garden waterhole. No complaints, loved every minute. Great drives or walks on the estate. Certainly would stay there again. Also Great place in closeness to Hoedspruit Parkrun Excellent wifi. Close to the shops but far enough for the bush experience and wilderness. Thank you

Not the best experience. Although I liked the space just fine and the Wildlife Estates are lovely; I did not feel particularly welcome nor did anyone (the hosts in particular) ever greet me to see if I had questions, et cet. I was surprised that there was no option to watch any international news programs; there were no napkins or place mats, nor did I see an umbrella and the outdoor solar lamps were insufficient to illuminate the very dark entry way to the house. Of course there is load shedding and I understand that, but a more powerful solar lamp would be helpful. One could really hurt themselves outside in the early hours (when going to Kruger NP) and coming home at night. The space is fine, the bed is excellent as were the linens.

This is a really great house. Nice kitchen, very comfortable beds and a lovely garden. The location is just a few minutes from town where there are restaurants and shops. If you need a two bedroom property then stay here. It was perfect.

I used also other properties to stay at Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate and can definitely recommend 'The Bush House'. The whole house is on your own, its in walking distance to Rockfig Center/Pick&Pay and the owners are not overwhelming, but organized everything quietly and perfectly. We definitely will be back there again.

A great little gem! The Bush House was perfect for our holiday needs. Everything we expected from this location and more! Just like the photos and description. The setting was private with lovely gardens and lots of little animal visitors.
