位置很好，樓下就是馬車站，上山很方便；入住也很簡單，前台提前就已經準備好了房間和鑰匙，而且給我們的是帶露台的房間，露台很大，坐在露台上喝着咖啡，天鵝堡就在眼前。
如果下次去我想我好會預訂

酒店位置不錯，距離前往新天鵝堡景區乘坐馬車很近就幾步路而已，早餐還可以，WIFI信號房間裏才一格信號，有時候出現很長時間無信號的狀態，房間裏中國移動信號也非常弱，幾乎無信號的狀態。最令人無法接受的是，早餐上班的女服務員態度惡劣，用歧視的眼光和語言對待中國遊客，在酒店購買了去景點的門票在付款時遇到麻煩了，使用了多人多張不同銀行信用卡付款都不成功，服務員十分不耐煩的大喊大叫：我衹要錢，衹要錢。給我現金，我衹要錢。你們酒店的刷卡機不能刷卡，不是我卡有什麼問題（去景點我用同樣的卡購買了大量禮物，別人家的刷卡機都沒問題，就你的不能用，自己是不是應該去檢討和反思呢？）對客人又蹦又跳的成何體統？有失大雅。原先打算在酒店超市裡購買一些禮物的，但是想起早晨剛剛發生的事情就惱火，直接去別的商店購買物品。鄙視中國人，一看見白種人連忙放下正在為我辦理的事情，笑臉迎上去，這樣為人處世少見……憤怒！

位置很好，可以打電話預買上天鵝堡的票，還有折扣。周邊走走都很方便。附近也有几方餐廳。停車就在酒店边上，應該是免費的。

酒店在天鵝堡下來的小鎮中心，停車免費，需要問前台要一張停車證，不然車會被拖走。房間不大，可住兩大一小，廁所小，洗澡注意調好水温。房間開窗有臭味😆我懷疑是因為樓下是上山的馬驛站的原因，不開窗沒事。床墊質量不好，WIFI信號不好，早餐好吃。

Toller Service, traumhafte Aussicht direkt auf Schloss Neuschwanstein beim Frühstück. Auch der Restaurant Bereich ist empfehlenswert, die Gerichte sehr gut zubereitet und schmackhaft.
